Hi, I am stuck at the last stage mentioned above in the subject matter: 1) I registered the domain with GoDaddy. I changed the name servers immediate and hosted my site at Shock Hosting. 2) Then I came to Zoho to create my email ID. 3) I created the email ID as coffee@techlaugh.com But then I am not able to perform the following step: Zoho Mail - MX Records - Configure Email Delivery The Records page on Go Daddy is completely missing. I am not able to ADD MX Records ...IS IT BECAUSE I HAVE CHANGED
Control panel
How do I access control panel, free account or is this not a feature. When I go to https://www.zoho.com/mail/control-panel.html or any link. I get shown a page that shows what the control panel can do but it is not usable in any way. I am logged in when doing this. I am trying to add a 2nd mail to my own domain e.g. info@.... Is this possible on a free account. I don't want an extra user just a 2nd mail.

Hello, I am facing same issue too. I am trying to add new email id r****h@e*******s.com but getting 'AA101:Oops! Something went wrong. I am getting email in catchall id from r****h@e*******s.com. It allowed me to reset password too but I did not get user in list to invite. I want to create 15 such emails in my account, Kindly help

Hi, I'm attempting to run an IMAP migration from my previous provider, but I'm consistently running into a "Server unreachable" error message. I set up a migration last night, but left it while waiting for my MX records to be updated. IMAP access blocked due to suspicious sign in activity - unable to unblock
My imap access has been blocked to the account ben@reposecreative.co.uk due to suspicious signing activity. This is a false positive because I used a VPN and zoho can't cope with my IP address changing. When I try to unblock it in the admin panel I get an 'oops, something went wrong' error. Please unblock my account so that I can access it via IMAP. I emailed in about this nearly 72 hours ago and have not yet had any response. Please unblock the IMAP access, this is hurting my business. MX / SPF / DKIM configuration for Google Domains
Hello everyone, At this point, I accept really any help. I am trying for two weeks to connect Zoho Mail with my Google Domain (carneiro.dev). For now, I gave up of SPF and DKIM and I am solely trying solely to have MX verified. That is how my DNS looks like: Synthetic records deleted and only MX record added Still seems to not be enough to be verified by Zoho. Mobile number already registered Pop-Up
I have been trying to authenticate my account to confirm it for 2 days now. I received the text message with the Zoho verification code, connected the account to Go Daddy, & followed the next steps for CNAME in DNS. I completed the TXT Method. Hi, I am using one of my email account to use SMTP as sender in a wordpress website. However, recently i found that it is not sending out to gmail. How do I move my domain hosting to Zoho?
I am trying to set up my email account and hosting with Zoho. I have the email working but it appears that the domain hosting is still with Bluehost. The Zoho system will not allow me to add my domain as a new domain (it already exists) or an existing domain (already setup). I can't figure out where to tell Zoho to host my domain. Can you help? My domain is set to expire on 1/6/20 and I want to renew it (somewhere, preferably with Zoho).
