SPF issues
I keep getting (We are unable to get TXT record for SPF right now) this is after waiting 48 hours, but when I MXTOOLBOX https://mxtoolbox.com/ It show's up in their lookup as it should, try my domain commodores.co.nz - My account with ZOHO is a payed one. Your help will be much appreciate, I'm using my same old host and cpanel witch I have had no problems like this before with setting other domain mail using my normal host and ZOHO mail. Regards.

Unable to create MX record in .lk domain
Hi, I'm from Sri Lanka and I have purchased a local domain (.lk) from our service provider and it doesn't allow to create MX record as you have mentioned in the guideline. Please see attached image. Because in the "value" field it's asking for an IP address. (172.29.250.162, 172.29.250.163, 74.201.155.79) When I type "mx.zoho.com." under value field, it's prompting an error saying type a valid address. Block Incoming Email Sent To A Specific Address
I have an email that receives a LOT of spam that goes to my catch-all email address. This is an email address that used to exist with the company, but is no longer there. I know I could make an account for this email and turn off incoming traffic. But I would prefer not to make an account just for this purpose. "User successfully invited" but doesn't show up anywhere

When I navigate to the Mail Administration section in the Control Panel, I see the error: "Mail hosting is not enabled for your domain(s). Please enable it in your Control panel to receive emails in Zoho." But I have enable the domain. The "Domains" section of the Control Panel, shows that everything is set up correctly (except DKIM). IMAP support for Zoho Mail integration with corporate mail server
Hi, I wanted to see if IMAP is supported to sync my server email to Zoho Mail. When I talked to the support team a few weeks ago, I was told that IMAP support will be available in the next Zoho release. Given that a new version was released on May 18, I tried to set up IMAP, but was given the following message: Zoho Mail supports only the following Incoming Ports :110,995. Control Panel still ask to verify SPF Records after DNS TXT Update
Had updated the DNS record as per Zoho requirement. However Zoho control panel still has SPF records unverified error. Paid Lite Account w/Custom Domain and SMTP
I have a paid lite mail account with 6 users. Some of the users want to use other clients (e.g., GMail). I know there are several ways to set this up. What I have done is to forward everything to their gmail and now I'm trying to put their GMAIL to send as which requires me to plug in the zoho smtp. No matter what I do, I get an unauthorized error. smtp.zoho.com 465/SSL User name= userid@xxx_domain.com Pw = my log in password Google can't authenticate on that. Hi. I'm having problem setting up my domain (from GoDaddy) to use Zoho email. It said the MX and DKIM domain is not setup. I added both already in DNS manager of GoDaddy. Would ZB code expired? Email account blocked due to disk space
Guys I've been trying desperatly to get help on this. One of my main accounts have been blocked and deactivated because the account is using too much space. I have a 25GB space addon which I pay for every month and is all applied to this account. This 25GB is now no longer on my account for some reason, eventhough I paid for it already this month. Hello Could someone help me delete a super admin account? When I created the zoho account, I created an account called admin@mydomain.com. Then I raised my walter.santos@mydomain.com account to super admin, but even though it's super admin I can't delete the admin account.
