Setup email in MS outlook in iphone
Today, one of my staff would like to setup zoho email in MS outlook in his mobile not on a PC but its not working. On a PC its work perfectly but on MS Outlook mobile version is not working. I enabled active sync and IMAP from the control panel but its still the same. Regards,

Hi, I am using one of my email account to use SMTP as sender in a wordpress website. However, recently i found that it is not sending out to gmail. Then i check the log in Troubleshooting tab, i found lots of mails got exclamation mark beside some emails. Those got the same error which is "Hourly Ratelimited. Captcha not verified" I checked the log for this particular account only got 5-10 outgoing mails but what causing this issue? What is the hourly rate and how to solve this please? I tried compose

Hello, I've been trying to verify my DKIM since yesterday and even after waiting a whole day the website is still unable to verify it. When i click on verify in the control panel I get this message : ''We are unable to get TXT record for DKIM right now. If you have added the TXT record just now, please wait for 30-45 mins for the changes to propagate and try again.'' Audit Logs

Unable to create MX record in .lk domain
Hi, I'm from Sri Lanka and I have purchased a local domain (.lk) from our service provider and it doesn't allow to create MX record as you have mentioned in the guideline. Please see attached image. Because in the "value" field it's asking for an IP address. I have an email that receives a LOT of spam that goes to my catch-all email address. This is an email address that used to exist with the company, but is no longer there. I know I could make an account for this email and turn off incoming traffic. But I would prefer not to make an account just for this purpose.
