Can't find "Add User" option in Zoho One Mail control panel
Hi, I am currently in tryout period for the Zoho One suite. For the time being I am the sole user, but I intend to manage 3 domains under it, alzamon.com, naranjactiva.design and naranjactiva.com. Only alzamon.com is currently using Zoho Mail, but I'd want to add some more accounts/aliases under naranjactiva.design. However I can no longer find any "Add User" options on the Control Panel. Something wrong?

Dear all, Since i have been trying to verify my domain in order to use an info@... email linked to my website and use the ZOHO email services for my business. I have followed all the steps, The DNS has been correctly updated in shop[ofy according to the steps provided by ZOHO. When i click after 2 hours on Verify, ZOHO says no, is not possible to verify VIA txt, even via HTML or CNAME. Can you please assist me as i need this ASAP to start my business. Reuse accidentally deleted username
Hello I've messaged support a couple of times, but from the replies I've had I don't think they understood the problem (it's not a logon problem)... I accidentally added the alias chair@ to the wrong e-mail user (admin@) and then deleted it immediately. On trying to add it to the correct user (chairs@) I get the error message "The email address you have entered belongs to a different deployment/region. Please contact support@zohoaccounts.com for assistance." I understand that this is the message

Custom Login with custom Logo is not working
Hello, I'm free user and I want to display a custom login url, I have already added CNAME record mail.sarathionline.org to business.zoho.com but when I try to access with my custom url it redirects but it does not display the custom logo. Back with another issue. The IT ex-employee who created the account on Zoho, can't help with password recovery saying he "doesn't remember". The recovery e-mail is ti@. The password recovery for ti@ sends emails to an outlook.com account which we don't have access to. We need to reset the ti@ password so we can go back managing our domain. Can you help? Thanks.

Advice on how to change email header
Hi I have just set up zoho mail, changed the user name and ID to a real person name, but when I send emails it only displays the first word "hello" any advice on where or how I change this? Hello, We are trying to migrate the emails from a domain we have hosted at Netfirms to a different domain that we have recently setup on Zoho. We have supplied the required information, but the following error is displayed when we try to add the migration. Server not reachable The domain on Netfirms is amgrd.ca, and the domain on Zoho is wmcrd.ca. The email addresses have been setup on Zoho, and the MX records have been changed for the wmcrd.ca domain. Would the different in domain be a conflict?

Switching to payed plan with custom domain name
I would like to use zoho as a service to receive emails for my owned domain (user@mydomain.com). However I am not sure how to activate that feature as an old user with existing free @zoho.com email account (I always get redirected to my free account inbox). In other words I am looking to switch to payed plan. Is there an option to add custom domain and a new user that I am missing, or do I have to make a completely new account on Zoho to activate custom domain feature? Thanks.

Dual Delivery issue
Hello, I am using an VPS on which i have the old email server for my site. I have configured the MX records to point to zoho servers. Everything goes fine, I am able to receive/sent email to/from zoho. However, when I want to configure Dual Delivery by routing the emails to old mail server I received the following error "The destination you provided points to ZOHO MX, please change the destination to route emails." Please let me know how could I solve this issue. Thank you.
