We lost administrator access.
My user meeting@employer.com.br is no longer an administrator. I configured the domain bitmatrix.com.br and I can not access the administration panel showing message that I do not have access to. Could you please activate my user meeting@employer.com.br again with adm?
SPF Verification
Hello, I'm having an issue with my emails hitting spam boxes, and I thought I had done SPF Verification properly. Could you verify this for "www.soundcation.net" I do have other TXT records (for mailchimp verification) in there; do I need to remove them and only use Zoho mails? How can I have both compatible?

Unable to add domain to my control panel
I am receiving an error while trying to add a domain in control panel. This is the first time I am doing the setup and this is the first domain I'm adding here. The error message displayed "The email address you have entered belongs to a different deployment/region." I'm attaching a screenshot here. Hello, My Zoho user ID is 671737797, and I am the super admin for the domain satoandsaso.com I tried to add new users to the domain, but I was told "You do not have permissions to create this account in Zoho Mail. Incoming and Outgoing disabled
One of the mail users incoming / outgoing mail is disabled. When I see the user in control panel, I see incoming / outgoing disabled in red. When I try and enable it, I get the error message: Operation permitted for paid user(s) only. gerardo@acresdeamor.org is the email address.

I have Mail Lite Plan. I have 2 domains in my account. When I was creating a user for my new domino I could not. That was the message I received. Maximum user license limit reached. Purchase / upgrade license to add more user (s) with mailboxes. But I only have 1 user in my account.

Misleading "Mail hosting is not enabled for your domain" error
When I navigate to the Mail Administration section in the Control Panel, I see the error: "Mail hosting is not enabled for your domain(s). Please enable it in your Control panel to receive emails in Zoho." But I did enable the domain! The "Domains" section of the Control Panel, shows that everything is set up correctly (except DKIM). I can correctly receive and send emails using the domain. Please advise!

Yesterday, I created a new email account for my domain and emailed the login information to my new partner. I'm not sure what he did, but today there is no email account.
