Hi, I have a Mail Free Plan since many years ago. On top is an organisation and then we have two accounts in the organisation. It was said that we could have 5 accounts for free. So my question now is how do we add another user? I tried the Control Panel but I can't see where to add a user. Hope you can help me. Regards Georg

Spam Control page not loading
I am unable to go into the Spam control option in my administration page. All other options load. When will this be available again?

SPF & DKIM configuration
I have been trying to setup SPF & DKIM with Network Solutions and am not able to. Any ideas?
Spf records can't be verified
I host with namecheap. I have been able to verify all records but spf records continue to have error even after entering the text records properly.

Mail forwarding not working
I have set up a mail forward from my alerts@ address to monitoring@. I successfully verified the forward and it had a green dot next to it. Every time I send an email to the alerts@ email address though it fails, and the forwarding is disabled (green dot changes to a grey dot). I suspect the problem is caused because I have a split domain. alerts@ is a Zoho address, and monitoring@ (on the same domain name) is an Office 365 address. The split domain works fine normally, but it seems forwarding rules
How long do mx records take to take effect?
I have a paid wordpress platform and I added de zb code to my dns page, I see the three DNS records that were added automatically after the code (mx, mx2, mx3) but in my zoho cpanel, the status of MX record still with the (!) and it tells me to do the same thing as before, log into wordpress and put the same zb number.

Can't delete account
I was setting Zoho mail up in preparation to move my email over. I had everything set up except I could not set up a mailbox because it was somehow associated with the super administrator. When I finally figured out how to remove that email address from the SA, I could not sign on to the other accounts. Long story short, I wanted to delete my account and start over. I deleted the domain but when I try to delete the account I get the message: You are an administrator of your organization : "xxxxxxxxxx".
Zoho SAML not working
Hi, I am trying to set up SAML for Zoho mail. I am using ADFS 3.0 as a backend on our side. When a user goes to the SSO url, the user gets redirected to our ADFS server, gets authenticated and then gets redirected back to Zoho. The last step is where it goes wrong. [solved] Spam quarantine layout is faulty
Unless I'm doing something dumb, I think a fault may have been introduced into the layout of the quarantined spam emails list. As far as I can tell, the Type and Date columns seem to have been reversed, though not their contents, and also (or perhaps as a result) the alignment of the data in the other columns is all skewed, as shown in the attached screenshot (I've obscured my email addresses). I don't recall seeing this until just the last few days. I've logged out and cleared my browser cache but

Hi, I continuously get the warning from ZMail Admin app that my TXT records is not correctly setup. I did however include the exact details as mentioned in the message. My DNS hosting provide adds double quotes. Does the ZMail Admin check for double quotes too (and ignore those)? Regards, Nika.

Hello Zoho! A user under my domain [phillip(at)abboteng(dot)com(dot)ng] tried to send an email to several of our clients and his account got the " Outgoing enabled" option disabled. I, as the administrator, tried to enable outgoings but I got an error stating that I have to be a paid user to do so. Zoho Anti-Spam vs Apache SpamAssassin
Some of the domains I manage use apache spamassassin and it catches pretty much all of the plethora of spam mail that comes our way and has some easy to set level adjustments. How does zoho mail's anti-spam compare? I couldn't find much about zoho's dnsbl or any way to add apache spamassassin to zoho mail's spam control. Thanks

Hi, I have two companies with different domains and different employees. I use Zoho for my one company and now want to use Zoho for my 2nd company as well. Cannot add e-mail account from my organization
Hello, I'm experiencing a problem, and can't find a way to solve it. I created an account sara@whee-educacion.com, a few months ago, but I cannot recover the password. Then I created the account contacto@whee-educacion.com and configured all the settings of my company. The problem is I cannot manage the account sara@whee... It's possible to attach it to my current Zoho Mail control panel or delete this account?
User already exist in your org
I'm attempting to add a new user and email, however it provides me with the 'User already exist in your org' error even though the user does not exist in the control panel, nor is it used as an alias on any of the mail id's. This issue began after I was cleaning house / removing unnecessary accounts and removed an email I decided to keep after all. When deleting it a prompt displayed saying 'there was an issue deleting the account' or something to that effect, but it is in fact gone from the control
