Hello Zoho! A user under my domain [phillip(at)abboteng(dot)com(dot)ng] tried to send an email to several of our clients and his account got the " Outgoing enabled" option disabled. I, as the administrator, tried to enable outgoings but I got an error stating that I have to be a paid user to do so. The user also got an email stating that his user was blocked with "Reason :Mail Recipient count exceeds limit [Recipients=68]". How do I enable this user to send mails again? Zoho Anti-Spam vs Apache SpamAssassin
Some of the domains I manage use apache spamassassin and it catches pretty much all of the plethora of spam mail that comes our way and has some easy to set level adjustments. How does zoho mail's anti-spam compare? I couldn't find much about zoho's dnsbl or any way to add apache spamassassin to zoho mail's spam control. Thanks

I'm attempting to add a new user and email, however it provides me with the 'User already exist in your org' error even though the user does not exist in the control panel, nor is it used as an alias on any of the mail id's. This issue began after I was cleaning house / removing unnecessary accounts and removed an email I decided to keep after all. When deleting it a prompt displayed saying 'there was an issue deleting the account' or something to that effect, but it is in fact gone from the control

Signed up to your free email service but its no good. Cannot access it via my mail client using IMAP/POP so its pretty useless. I may have taken a paid plan in future as my needs grow but due to this short signed restriction I will now be cancelling my account after 1 day! You do not make clear that this is not available and waste people's time in signing up.
Migration from Hosted Exchange Server
I am looking for documentation on how to migrate from a hosted version of Microsoft Exchange to Zoho Mail. The existing material is very good for non-hosted Exchange or local Outlook account but I have been unable to locate information to move from a hosted Exchange environment. This is complicated by not being able to have access to the Exchange Server (other than login credentials) and the lack of a local PST file (local Outlook uses OST files). Zoho emails with domain name have been set up and were working but can not not be accessed
We have about 20 zoho email addresses for our domain name@thesharkstail.com and for some reason we can no longer read or access our emails. They were working before but we think someone has accessed either our godaddy domain account or our zoho account and changed something that is now stopping them from working.. Hello, I signed out of my Zoho mail app. When I tried to log back in I received a message saying, "mail/contacts/calendar services are not enabled for your account. please contact your admin to enable these services through the control panel". Fetching emails sent from Gmail
