Hello Zoho team i am getting an outgoing disabled error on my email gilberto@tecnovita.com.br When i tryed to enable i'm getting the message "just for payed users..." something like that... I think someone stole my password. I make a new password right now! Can you check this problem for me, please? Thank you!

Why am I suddenly NOT getting spam any more?!
I have my organisation spam filtering all set to "quarantine", apart from my blacklist, and until now I always see at least a few dozen spam emails a day (mostly SPF) in quarantine, which I review every day or two to let through any false positives before deleting the rest. However, a few days ago this suddenly changed, and now I'm getting virtually nothing at all in the quarantine, apart from the odd DNSBL. I know, I shouldn't complain about NOT getting spam! Issue creating new users in Zoho Mail Control Panel
Hello, having an issue when i create a new users in Control Panel, there is an error message saying that The password special characters doesn't have the correct length. I have tried with many differents passwords and the form send to me the same message, so i can't create new user with his new email. Hi all, Setting up Mail Filters is a doddle. However, my problem is somewhat difficult. My scenario is, when I get an email from, let's say, billing@smithsons.com. I would like to set up a filter that would forward this email to accounts@myemail.com as an attachment. Recent deterioration in spam control
I have sent multiple example headers of emails that are not being quarantined despite my blacklist rules. Support has not responded. The domain crazedeals.co.za is in the domain black list. The rule for the blacklist is quarantine. But the email still is delivered to the user. Sometimes in the inbox, sometimes in the spam folder. It should be in the domain quarantine. email migration from gmail to zoho
so I want to migrate all my old emails from a gmail account to zoho account. I go to Mail Administration under Control Panel > Migration, set the destination and source. I started the process, but i waited for quite a bit of time already, the status is still showing "in progress", and there's no error displayed what so ever. I don't have a lot of old mails in my gmail account, so it shouldn't take too long. I have no idea if the process is stuck or it's really doing the work.
Incoming mail blocked and purchasing paid subscriptions
I disabled an account by accident (ncamacho@gre....) when I re-enabled it, incoming mail is disabled and I can not enable it. Can someone please help? Also I attempted to switch to a paid version but it's asking me to purchase licenses for the disabled accounts. Is there a way to get paid subscription for enabled accounts only? Remove old account and phone number
I'm trying to set up my new domain email. My phone number isn't working as it was connected to an old @zoho account that I have already deleted. It still thinks it exists.
