Confirmation password is wrong
When trying to delete a group I need to enter my password. It does not work, I receive the error message "Confirmation password is wrong". I have logged out, logged in again with the SAME password, it works. I entered the password into Notepad first, copied it, it works for login, not for confirmation. I changed my account password, logged in with it, it works. If I use it as confirmation password, it does not work. Am I doing something wrong? My DNS, MX, domain etc is all set up and working properly and email works. I want to redirect one email address on my domain to a non Zoho destination. This is normally easy to do at the DNS / Nameserver level but because Zoho is not running my nameservers I can't do it at in DNS. I have one user but four valid addresses at my domain. Catch-all is disabled. There's me@mydomain. com - zoho account name name2@mydomain. com - goes to me@mydomain. com name3@mydomain. com - goes to me@mydomain.What happen with this mail alert

Good Morning, I am writing because we have created a email distribution group and I have enabled the members of this group to be able to send mail out as that mail alias, however there isn't a drop down in the "from" field for sending mail as an authorized alias. I'm adding users to our domain salvagentemilano.it MX hosted by you at zoho.eu. When I try to add a new user sometimes I get the "The username which you have entered belongs to a different deployment/region" error message. I've added a screenshot to explain better. Hi! I have tried using the "Custom Login URL for Zoho Mail" option in the zoho control panel but ran into an SSL issue. The "mail" subdomain seams to allow an https connection but the cert provided is issued to *.zoho.com with no alias or common name for my site. Hello, I'm trying to verify the DKIM, but it keeps failing. On MXToolbox I see DMARC and MX errors. The DMARC error is "DNS Record not found" and the MX error is "No DMARC record found". We recently set up Zoho to try it out, and today we sent an email to all of our customers to advise them of our new email address. unfortunately we didn't realise there was a recipient limit on the outgoing email server, so outgoing has been blocked for one user, and when admin logs in and tries to unblock it we get the error Operation permitted for paid user(s) only.
