IMAP migration fails with 'Unable to connect to the server'
I've been trying to test out IMAP migration and I keep getting an 'Unable to connect to the server' when I try to add an account. I've done a Google search on this and see it's fairly common, but the normal problem appears to be to do with SSL certificate issues, but that cannot be the case here. I've tried with two accounts, one a Gmail account and the other an account with a large UK ISP, virginmedia.com. Domain already exist problem
So i initially had my domain connected with Zoho with no problem, now i transfered my domain to another site, and dont know how to get back the zoho account, i cant see it anywhere in my zoho dashboard and when I try to add it tomy new site it shows that it already exist. I am lost on what to do. Please help.

Hello, I had setup DKIM about yesterday (10 hours ago), and it still is unable to verify. Every time I click on "Verify" button it gives me: "We are unable to get TXT record for DKIM right now. If you have added the TXT record just now, please wait for 30-45 mins for the changes to propagate and try again." I have tried doing this multiple times, still does not work. Mail migration transferring content of one folder, then freezes

Email Spam Control not working
Why is it that there is provision to enter individual emails in the spam control settings in control panel, and this is documented in the help pages, but this feature is actually not implemented? The whole domain has to be whitelisted, which is not helpful for gmail or 163 emails. What other features in Zoho are advertised and documented but not actually working?

There is no Add User button
Hello. I am using Zoho Mail as an extension of Zoho One. The problem is, I cannot create new e-mail addresses, because there is no Add User button. I'm attaching a screenshot of it. One of the mail users incoming / outgoing mail is disabled. Specifically: contato@gwest.com.br When I see the user in control panel, I see incoming / outgoing disabled in red.
