Can't add multiple @zoho.com aliases
I don't want to link my domain with Zoho, but want to have a few @zoho.com mailing opportunities. What can I do?

email migration from gmail to zoho
so I want to migrate all my old emails from a gmail account to zoho account. I go to Mail Administration under Control Panel > Migration, set the destination and source. I started the process, but i waited for quite a bit of time already, the status is still showing "in progress", and there's no error displayed what so ever. I don't have a lot of old mails in my gmail account, so it shouldn't take too long. I have no idea if the process is stuck or it's really doing the work.
Incoming mail blocked and purchasing paid subscriptions
I disabled an account by accident (ncamacho@gre....) when I re-enabled it, incoming mail is disabled and I can not enable it. Can someone please help? Also I attempted to switch to a paid version but it's asking me to purchase licenses for the disabled accounts. Is there a way to get paid subscription for enabled accounts only? I didn't want to delete the accounts as we are unsure if we will need access to emails from one or more of those accounts in the future. I know office 365 allows you to disable

Hi, I have following the Zoho personalized email account guide written by Zoho guys as well as Namecheap (since my account is on Namecheap), and although all records have been rightly added, SPF and DKIM are simply not going through. I've had problems with verifying my domain with Zoho but then I get this error message. "Operation not permitted" I contacted support a few days ago no replies yet, it would be appreciated if I got this sorted out. Because my project get so delayed because of this.
Remove old account and phone number
I'm trying to set up my new domain email. My phone number isn't working as it was connected to an old @zoho account that I have already deleted. It still thinks it exists. I'm trying to contact support but it has been days and no reply. Can Zoho please delete two old @zoho accounts and refresh a domain mail registration so I can continue?
Confirmation password is wrong
When trying to delete a group I need to enter my password. It does not work, I receive the error message "Confirmation password is wrong". I have logged out, logged in again with the SAME password, it works. I entered the password into Notepad first, copied it, it works for login, not for confirmation. I changed my account password, logged in with it, it works. If I use it as confirmation password, it does not work. Am I doing something wrong? Thanks!
Custom domain - how to route one address directly to an external email destination
My DNS, MX, domain etc is all set up and working properly and email works. I want to redirect one email address on my domain to a non Zoho destination. This is normally easy to do at the DNS / Nameserver level but because Zoho is not running my nameservers I can't do it at in DNS. I have one user but four valid addresses at my domain. Catch-all is disabled. There's me@mydomain. com - zoho account name name2@mydomain. com - goes to me@mydomain. com name3@mydomain. com - goes to me@mydomain.

Good Morning, I am writing because we have created a email distribution group and I have enabled the members of this group to be able to send mail out as that mail alias, however there isn't a drop down in the "from" field for sending mail as an authorized alias. I'm adding users to our domain salvagentemilano.it MX hosted by you at zoho.eu. When I try to add a new user sometimes I get the "The username which you have entered belongs to a different deployment/region" error message. I've added a screenshot to explain better. I'm a little bit in hurry, these users is coming from another hoster and now people is trying to write them. Nobody know a solution?
