Error by creating the first MailAccount

Zoho free tier - POP/IMAP/Activesync no longer free?
So I verified a domain and created some users, none of the accounts are allowed to use POP, IMAP or activesync. So all I can use is apparently web mail, which makes it a non started. Is this expected behaviour? If I try and click on one it says that it is only available in paid plans. I have a couple of other free accounts which can use activesync, but this new account cannot. I tried to add my custom domain, and it said it was restricted
I tried to add my domain angelofdeathrp.pw to my account, but I typo'd the domain on the first time, so i deleted that one, and when I attempted to add the correct domain, it said i was restricted. Please remove the restriction for me. Also, i accidentally posted this in the wrong section at first. I couldn't delete it. Sorry about that. I mistakenly posted it in the community learning section
Cannot Send & Receive Emails
My account is experiencing this problem. I have set my DKIM, SPF and MX correctly as tutorial, but nothing happened and not verified. Is this because of the CNAME is deleted or what? We experiencing this problem after our website (we use wordpress and cpanel 62.0.40) got updated. Please help us, we need to send emails ASAP.
Cannot re-enable incoming mail
Good afternoon, After accidental disabling, I cannot seem to re-enable incoming mail for our users. The message received i Operation permitted for paid user(s) only. Could you please fix this problem for all users (3) in domain technicles.nl ? As you may understand, the mail functionality is pretty useless without incoming mail enabled. Thank you in advance. -- Btw: there may be good reasons behind this functionality, but 1) like I said, even for basic (free) usage, the zoho application is useless
mx record & spf not syncing

Can't get MX records to re-sync & receive emails after accidentally changing from Manual DNS Zone to Nameservers
Good day, I've been having trouble for a few days getting the MX records to sync back so I can receive mail - I had to switch my DNS for my shopmadeLC.com website (2/10) and in the process went from a manual DNS setup to using nameservers, which obviously threw off mail connection to Zoho. I switched off the nameservers (2/15) back to the manual DNS setup and re-entered the MX records & SPF/Domain Keys, but had to de-activate/take off the domain name then re-add it back and go through the setup thinking

Hi, I have followed the instructions on how to set up domainkey, but I get "DomainKeys are not enabled, as the text record validation has failed. Please try again." my domain (Keywordsfly.com) is hosted in cpanel I configured TXT record as explained in tutorials. I am using free zoho mail account, does that affect the process (I am planing to upgrade very soon, am just testing your service). But I try many time and I am disappointed with this error. MX & SPF not responging
Hi everyone, I need help with this. I already placed the MX & SPF records on my cloudflare DNS manager. Double checked everything, and yes it matched the values given by Zoho. The weird thing is, at my Zoho mail, theirs an error that tells me I did not. I tried to send email to my Zoho mail from my gmail and I am not receiving that mail. Unable to delete a disabled user
Hello, We have a user with email id "amrita@mahaveercotton.com" which we disabled in past, however when we wanted to delete or re-enable it we get the error Z101:Oops! Something went wrong. Try again later. . Also under User Details Section in Control panel Her user id displays as "un1500017526490r97id" instead of the email id. We would like to delete this id. Cannot validate domain
We have been using Zoho mail for about a year and it is great. Last night, I made some DNS changes (moved from having the DNS records managed by Cloudflare to having them managed by Namecheap). The problem is that the MX records are not being found. I believe that the MX records are correctly configured with NameCheap: I updated the records about 90 minutes ago, so the changes should have propagated.
