Switching to a new hosting but cannot find my ZB Code.
Please help me with the ZB CODE for my domain shayondasverma.com, I am moving to a new hosting and the moment i changed the nameservers, my cname records got deleted which had the ZB code.
Incoming mail is disabled.

DKIM Verification failure
Hello, I'm trying to verify the DKIM, but it keeps failing. On MXToolbox I see DMARC and MX errors. The DMARC error is "DNS Record not found" and the MX error is "No DMARC record found". I use GoDaddy for my domain and it has a DKIM record: Name: _dmarc.tuliptech.us TXT Value: v=DMARC1; p=none; rua=mailto:administrator@tuliptech.us TTL: 1 Hour I've followed the setup guides to the T with no luck. Changing Display name in mail accounts
I came across this question asking the question of how to set the display name https://help.zoho.com/portal/en/community/topic/display-name-19-10-2012. it says there should be an option in the Mail accounts section, but I don't see it. I can see my mail accounts listed, but when I click on any of them i see mailbox address, aliases, forwards, groups and vacation replies. but nothing to set the display name. has this changed, any pointers? thanks
Cannot Remove Old Domain Aliases
I removed my old domain and added my new one to my Zoho control panel and it is not letting me remove all the old domain email aliases. In the control panel > Mail Accounts I click the remove button and I get a red error saying "Operation not permitted"

Not receiving email, where to get zoho code?
My website is www.mediarevive.com and I'm hosted through shopify. I went through all of the steps during setup and thought everything was working. I noticed there is also an option to setup with Zoho code and I figured that would be easier than trying to run through the whole setup again and troubleshoot. Does anyone know where I can find this code at.
Outgoing emails - Operation permitted for paid user(s) only.
We recently set up Zoho to try it out, and today we sent an email to all of our customers to advise them of our new email address. unfortunately we didn't realise there was a recipient limit on the outgoing email server, so outgoing has been blocked for one user, and when admin logs in and tries to unblock it we get the error Operation permitted for paid user(s) only. What do we need to do to rectify this ?

impossible enable imap
i've juste created a free personal email account on zoho when i go to settings, i enable imap, it says "your changed updated successfully". then i go back to mail view, then i go back to settings and the imap is disabled. so i don't manage to keep it enabled, and my mac mail client doesn't manage to connect. please help. thnaks.

IMAP migration fails with 'Unable to connect to the server'
I've been trying to test out IMAP migration and I keep getting an 'Unable to connect to the server' when I try to add an account. I've done a Google search on this and see it's fairly common, but the normal problem appears to be to do with SSL certificate issues, but that cannot be the case here. I've tried with two accounts, one a Gmail account and the other an account with a large UK ISP, virginmedia.com. So i initially had my domain connected with Zoho with no problem, now i transfered my domain to another site, and dont know how to get back the zoho account, i cant see it anywhere in my zoho dashboard and when I try to add it tomy new site it shows that it already exist.
