I added an email alias as "allclear" then tried to add a second "allclear2" and got the email error. I also tried several variations including "test". No joy. See screen shot. Please advise. gary[at]kruck[dot]me
How to initiate MX record verification
Dear Support, How can I re-initiate MX record verification. At the time of initial setup wizard option was there but DNS was not propagated. Later I cant find any option to re-initiate the MX record verification. Please suggest. Thanks.

What is the syntax for migration when specifying folders
I am trying to migrate the drafts folder and its subfolders. When adding an account, under Folder Option I chose Folder Specific and entered INBOX.Drafts. It migrated only the top level emails, and ignored the subfolders.When I tried to specify the subfolders, it froze with the message: "Adding members..." I was using the following syntax: INBOX.Drafts.Folder1,INBOX.Drafts.Folder1.SubFolder1, INBOX.Drafts.Folder1.SubFolder2,INBOX.Drafts.Folder2,INBOX.Drafts.Folder3 What syntax should I be using?

Dear All, I started my emails recently with Zoho Mail (Super Admin- director@samcoirproducts.com) and immediately found a problem of my emails not being received by the other end. Hi, We have recently started using Zoho at our company. However I'm having some issues setting it up. Specifically, I want multiple display names of my choice for the same email address and I should be able to choose which to show. I tried doing Add From Address under Send Mail as in the settings however it returns FromAddress already Exists! if I put different name for the same email address. I seem to have forgotten the password for administrator(at)carolpulei(dot)com. Is there a way in which we can recover the account? We have access to the domain management. Limit sending email by domain
does anyone know if the following is possible. I would like to restrict sending of email (of certain users) to internal mail only. ie. only able to send email to users on the same domain. example: me@mydomain.com can send email to you@mydomain.com fine you@mydomain.com can send to me@mydomain.com but me@mydomain.com is prohibited from sending mail to you@yourdomain.com or any other domain other than mydomain.com hope that makes sense?
