Hola, Hoy he creado una nueva organización para Zoho Mail en mi empresa luego de recibir una invitación y me ha parecido fantástico el servicio y la aplicación. Sin embargo, me he encontrado con un problema muy molesto, y es que no me permite crear más usuarios. He creado 9 hasta este momento, pero al intentar crear uno nuevo, el sistema me muestra el siguiente error: "Se detectó una actividad inusual para esta IP. Inténtelo de nuevo más tarde." ¿Cómo puedo hacer para agregar los demás usuarios?

Unable to connect to server when adding user accounts
Hi, We are currently setting in the process of transferring from an MS Exchange hosted email server to Zoho mail as our mail host. I am trying to add users under the Migration tab in Control Panel, however it advises that Zoho Mail is unable to connect to the server. I have added a screen shot of our Server details, as well as the error when trying to add a user account.

Unable to add secondary email
Hi, I am not able to add a secondary email. I have been using the primary email to log in to my email account. I want to add a secondary email in case I forgot the login to the primary email account, and the primary email account is zoho domain & superadmin account.
How to find my C Name record?
I accidentally deleted my C record from the DNS settings for my domain. My email is working fine but I need to re input it so i don't have issues further down the line. What is the syntax for migration when specifying folders
I am trying to migrate the drafts folder and its subfolders. When adding an account, under Folder Option I chose Folder Specific and entered INBOX.Drafts. Specifically, I want multiple display names of my choice for the same email address and I should be able to choose which to show. I seem to have forgotten the password for administrator(at)carolpulei(dot)com. Is there a way in which we can recover the account? We have access to the domain management.
