Migration Problem
Hi I changed my emails server from Outlook.com to Zoho.com, but when I try to make migration I get the following error message: "Los detalles de autenticación proporcionados fueron rechazados por el servidor de origen. Proporcione un nombre de usuario y contraseña válidos." (I use spanish language) I checked the address and the password and it´s ok. Please help about it Thanks
Unable to add email alias and stuck in the domain setup
What do I do here? I'm trying to add a email - saad@puncturesafe.co in the domain setup but I'm stuck at this screen after verifying my domain by the cname method. Can anyone help me fix this or remove puncturesafe.co from my ID so that I can redo this setup?

Return-Path not changed when Email Routing in place - SPF / SRS issue
You nag heavily to get me to set up an SPF record, but you do not implement the SPF regime properly yourselves. When email is forwarded, the Return-Path must be adjusted to follow the SRS specification. For normal forwarding you have some kind of home-made adjustment that at least prevents mail being rejected. But when Email Routing is set up, the Return-path is unchanged. So the ultimate receiving mail server sees mail arriving from zoho but with Return-path of the sender's domain, and if SPF is

I'm NOT trying to forward my Zoho email to an external address. I'm trying to create an address that will forward all of it's information to one of my users. I can see how to forward emails out, but I can't seem to create additional mail accounts to use only as a forward address. Do I need to create a new user, and then forward all of those emails, or is there a way to create an email account with no user and then forward it's messages to an account that has a user attached?

My organisation owns more than one domain. Our primary domain has Zoho mail. The other domains are merely forwarded (for both web and e-mail) by our domain name registrar (hexonet.net) so that everything redirects to our main, primary domain. User mail for our other domains is forwarded, user@my.example.biz -> user@my-zoho-domain.example.net for instance. Hexonet's mail servers are forwarding.ispapi.net or xdns-smtp2.forwarding.ispapi.net according to these headers: Authentication-Results: mx.zohomail.com;

Problem enabling DKIM
I am new to Zoho Mail and am having a problem enabling DKIM. My domain is bankruptcylawyerbuffalo.com. I am running it through Cloudflare. I have set up SPF without problem and have added the DKIM text to the text record in the Cloudflare DNS. When i use the tool DKINCore that you link to and enter the selector and domain I get a message that the key Record is valid. Further down the page I again enter the selector and domain and when I click "Check" a new record is generated but no confirmation

User account disabled Z101:Oops when I try and re-enable
I have a user account that was disabled. In the Control Panel I can see the account email is disabled, but when I try and re-enable and type in my password, I get a Z101:Oops error, and told to try again later. The email account was working, and was disabled July 19th.
Blocked Email Alias
Hi, It seems to me that some email aliases are blocked to use. Most aliases I can add without any problems. But for some, I get "Unable to add Alias Address". I am sure, that the alias is not in use. I think my dev server got blacklisted... help!
I have a dev server that was sending an email every minute for testing and analysis. After about 3 hours, I stopped getting the emails. I guess there is a spam filter that started catching and rejecting email from that server. Typically this would be a good thing, but I really need those emails. I whitelisted the server and the from email address... but, no dice. Is there any way I can get that server whitelisted? Thanks!
