Filter problem
I just wanted to setup my filters, And i have a problem, when i enable filters i get the 3 folders created, but no filters for them, Also when i try to create a new filter I get a Permission denied error.

Implications of changing domain name in zoho mail for other zoho apps
Regarding this post: https://help.zoho.com/portal/en/community/topic/change-domain-name-in-zoho-mail-15-5-2015 can someone clarify what will be the implication to all other Zoho apps, for example expenses, crm, helpdesk, etc. Are changes to the login information automatically replicated? Does the administrator need to do something in order to update login information? Does each user need to do somehting?

Account blocked for outgoing
Hi, I was cleaning up in the control panel in Mail (I am the admin of our accounts) and accidentally clicked on "outgoing enabled" on my / admin account, which of course turned red and to "disabled" Now I am getting the notification that the account was blocked for outgoing because of "security reasons" - http://ovo.li/xIN6RC ! Sorry, but no. It was blocked because I clicked it. And now I cannot enable it. Will you please unblock it - now? Thanks.
Filter problem
I turned on filters, and now im not getting any e-mails, and i cannot create any filter (get an error permission denied) Anyone has any idea how to fix this? I need my email! :(

Not able to send or receive emails: MX suddenly not configured properly, was fine before!

My emails stopped working at around 8am this morning, and when I try to send any test emails to the account is says gives me an undelivered reply with the following (my domain changed to 'mydomain.com'); DNS Error: 41662254 DNS type 'mx' lookup of mydomain.com responded with code NXDOMAIN Domain name not found: mydomain.com It's been fine for years, why suddenly not working? Unable to add specific user or alias
Hi, Just discovered Zoho and I love it!!! So thanks! However, I am unable to add the user roger@ to the domain andreabartig.co.uk - I just get the error "the data you have entered already exists". I have only added a single user so-far andrea@ and can find no reference anywhere to roger@ It seems I can add other addresses as expected. Am I doing something wrong?? Many thanks, Felix

Cannot Create Another Account
Hi All, I attempted to create a new organization so I can setup webmail and it's requesting that I provide a mobile number. I cannot bypass this as I've already provided a mobile number for another account. So I can only have one Zoho account if I only have one mobile number? Do I need to go buy another mobile phone? What if I push business towards Zoho and clients want me to do ALL of the setup for them? I need a solution to be able to create more than one organization.

Urgent: new user shows up as pending in invitation list
Hi there, I am moving my mail services from GoDaddy to Zoho Mail and have successfully verified the domain 2wells.com. I've created 3 users and 2 of them got created just fine but the 3rd, info@2wells.com has been placed in the Invitation List and shows up as pending. There is a very quick short red message showing up when I try to create that last user but it disappears too fast to be able to read it. This is urgent because the info@2wells.com email address is my main account to receive email

Unable to add new Domain
Because my domain registary has expired I can no longer use my email account until I update the mx records etc. It has become too much of a hassle to renew the domain so I have registered a new one. However when I go into control panel > domain to add the new domain it is stuck on verifying the old one and I am unable to add the new one. How can I resolve this.

Outbound gateway IP ranges
Hi, I planned to use a filtering/archiving service with my account, and I need Zoho mail's outbound IP address ranges so I can configure the filtering service. I found it once in FAQs or help docs or something, but I haven't been able to find it since. It'd be great if relevant address ranges were included with the help text under the admin control panel's 'outgoing mail gateway' config, so administrators don't have to dig through help docs and FAQs as much.
