Reporting phishing emails to Zoho?
I came across a few threads after searching for info about reporting phishing emails to Zoho. From what I read, it appears that Zoho doesn't want to hear about phishing. You suggest marking such messages as Spam. Phishing and spam are separate issues, and I believe that phishing is the more dangerous. A user who is not paying close attention is in danger of giving away important data - usernames, passwords, email addresses, SSNs, etc. - to people who are happy to misuse such data and victimize email
Autocomplete by email address
Hi, Is it possible to add contacts via autocomplete using the email address? I have tried a number of contact option variations and cannot seem to get it to work, having this as an option would speed up composing an email greatly. thanks Ben

Hi. I discovered a couple of problems with Zoho contact. (1) BUG. Contact is not saved after editing. If you edit an existing contact by putting a bracket in one of the fields you get the message "Contact updated successfully" but nothing is saved. All updates (including the other fields) are lost. Steps to reproduce. Go to an existing contact and change the first name to "Robert (Bob)". (2) In the phone number fields you can only save numeric data (0 to 9). This seems an unneccessary restriction.

Hello, I used some random word to create the account ID to later host the domain based emails. That username shows up in the "from" field on test emails. How do I change that to a custom one, like first name/last name or business name? I tried to create second user and "named" it the way I want and it worked to a degree, although the "from" field shows all lower case letters, while original had some capital letters. Hi I can't do anything on my zoho account. I always get this message Hi Sheriffo Ceesay As a security measure, you need to link your phone number with this account and verify it to proceed further. Hi, I currently have user accounts that have multiple aliases, for example: Main: name@domain.com Alias: alias1@domain.com, alias2@domain.com Currently, I am able to use any of those 3 emails in the 'username' box during login, and it will log me into the email. Is there a way to setup so that email aliases cannot be used to sign on? I'd still be able to receive and send emails using those aliases in the main email account like it works now, except only the main email can be used to login. Cheers!

cannot login from outlook on mobile
Hi there, I tried to set up my email accounts on my iphone using outlook, but it always return email address and password error. Please find the attachment for the screenshot.
