Selecting Multiple Emails
All email software except Zoho has a group select system of choosing a group of emails, say for deleting. Usually you click an email, hold down "Shift", then move the mouse to another email and click, and all the in-between emails are grayed out. What is the point of being able to select all emails? You want to select all the "rubbish" emails as a group and delete them. There is another little issue. I have just noticed there is no spell checker for this text. Surely, Zoho can get up-to-date

Hi I use Outlook to download my Zoho mail via POP3. I also use IMAP on my cellphone to access my Zoho and other email. I like an "empty" inbox when I view using IMAP, so would like to know if the following is possible: When I download mail using POP3, I'd like Zoho to automatically Archive the downloaded messages on the Zoho server. Gmail allows me to do this. This means that on my phone I only see messages that have not been downloaded. If I want to see archived messages I check the Archive
