Are responses to a Mass Email visible in the Email section of a lead?
One of my sales reps sent a series of follow-up emails to some leads. He got a response from one of them and was hoping to see that response in the Email section of the lead record (as he does with all other leads, via the Gmail integration.) However, this particular response does not seem to be showing up in the Emails for that Lead record. Anyone know why?

Outgoing Email Limit on Free Account
Hi, We're using Zoho Campaigns and Zoho Surveys for a short term bulk email survey. I currently have the domain I want to use hosted with Office365 but DKIM is not working. It may just be that the DNS has yet to propagate, but if it doesn't work soon I want to explore using Zoho Email Hosting as an alternative. Faced with the problem that we can not send letters to our customers and we can not send anywhere except our internal domain network. With mail policy it is not connected, since I created a new one, without limitations and it did not help. With spam filter too - all restrictions were removed - did not help.

Unable to connect to ZOHO mail via Windows OUTLOOK
I am in the process of setting up a new DOMAIN and was told that ZOHO provided free email service for non-profit organizations. I created an account within ZOHO and can access the WEB mail via the ZOHO website. However, when I try to create a new account in my Outlook to access the email on the ZOHO server, the test message sent to my ZOHO email is received by ZOHO but I cannot connect to the ZOHO email server, hence I'm unable to create an OUTLOOK account. I tried to convert my email back from business email not realizing that it would mean the loss of the domain name after the @. As so all of my mail got deleted and whenever I send mail it shows up as <bunchofnumbers>_<userId>@zoho.com How can I fix this?

Logo doesn't show in my emails send by my desktop computer
Hi there, apparently I've turned of the feature that shows pics or at least in my logo in my signature at some point. I wanted to forward a sent email and have that shown without the arrows in the beginning of the line. Either way, I'd like to turn that back on. Currently my logo shows when I send emails through the mobile app, but not when send through the web based browser version. Can you tell me how to make the logo show again please? Thank you! Kerstin

Business Plan Not Working in Outlook
This current account's single user business account (free) does not work when trying to set it up in Outlook (cannot access POP/IMAP details). However another of my previous accounts also had a domain and was a free business account but worked with outlook.

Hello, In my inbox, communications from "no-reply@nsdl.co.in" have landed in the spam folder and got deleted automatically after 30 days. The emails contained important communication. By the time I identified the issues - the emails belonging to months December 2017 - April 2018 was already deleted. Can't receive the Zoho notification emails daily

With this new, enlightened zoho format, I don't seem to be able to find an icon, or button or whatever, that simply says "Write" or "Compose". How do I go about composing and sending an email (not a reply). I have tried selecting all the icons I could find (or see) on the new site, but have not so far been able to find anything that enables this basic function. Any help appreciated.

Hello, The past few days i noticed that emails in my drafts folder have disappeared save only for 2. I thought that was weird, until i checked my sent folder, all messages before aug 12 no longer exist. New emails stopped populating when using POP server
I have an account that just stopped populating my emails on different devices that were configured using the poppro.zoho.com server, yet I can see new emails when logged into web browser. Tried setting up new accounts on other devices and it will populate older emails but nothing newer than 5/16. Also tried the pop.zoho.com server. Same issue. Checked settings and couldn't find anything changed. Looking for ideas.
