ZOHO MAIL & MS OUTLOOK - USING POP3 & SMTP or IMAP Problems...
Dear Zoho Mail Support Team! Please, I need your help! I already tried again to access my Zoho mail – acacio.oliveira@solarcommit.com.br – using MS Outlook, with POP3 and IMAP, but it is not working in both situations/configurations.... I already did all checks but the Zoho server informs that my account or password are wrong…. Why are my forum posts now "awaiting moderation"?
I have made a lot of posts to try to help zoho overcome their many problems. Other users have commended some of these posts. As of today, it seems that my posts are now being censored by zoho! All users to the forums of course have their initial posts await moderation to assist to reduce spam in the forums. However, once that has been lifted there is not more awaiting moderation. Unable to receive email. Sending an email works fine.
I am unable to receive any emails. I can send emails fine without any problem. The issue only started recently as I did receive emails fine before. I checked my MX record for the domain and it is showing that it is set correctly.

Help. I use spambrella to process my emails before forwarding them on to ZOHO for delivery. According to spambrella logs, all of my incoming emails are being rejected by ZOHO with the error 551 5.1.1 <{myemail address}> Invalid Sender IP (in reply to RCPT TO command) How can I fix this? Thanks!

I saw the IMAP announcement but I'm unclear if I can continue to use IMAP on a long-established free account or if I need to switch to paid (or move to another provider). Are existing accounts grandmothered?

Tenho 3 contas, e duas delas estão com problemas para receber e-mails, a conta senac@joaopaganella.com.br e a conta fotografo@joaopaganella.com.br não estão recebendo e-mails, verifiquei e a entrada de e-mails está desabilitada e agora aparece uma mensagem que para liberar tem que pagar... Mas eu fiz o cadastro e liberava até 10 contas de e-mail gratuitas.

Can't move emails to subfolders
When I create a subfolder within mail.zoho.com it shows up in my apple mail. When I move an email to that subfolder, it's not showing up in the online version of mail. Only in the subfolder on apple mail. Then it creates a new folder ex. One Two then it creates a top level folder that looks like this. One.Two --- I then get an error on Mail, when I click on the subfolder that says, "The operation couldn’t be completed. (MCMailErrorDomain error 1030.)" "The name “One.Two” can’t be used.
All external incoming mails are getting rejected!
Dear Sir/Madam, This is with respect to w***********u.com domain for which mail services are provided by Zoho. All the mails from GMail, Hotmail and other external mail providers are getting rejected. But the mails internally from Zoho (w***********u.com) accounts are getting delivered to w***********u.com accounts. The mail gets rejected for all users. Error with Zoho Mail Suite sync and Outlook 2016

I have downloaded and installed the "Zoho Mail Suite Plug-in for Microsoft Outlook 32 bit" from here https://www.zoho.com/calendar/39746644/ZohoMail-SuiteSync.exe and installed it on a Windows 7 System (.NET 4.0/4.5 installed) with Outlook 2016. After launching the Plug-In it asks me for Username and Password. I enter them and afterwards nothing happens. The user/pass dialog remains open but unresponsive, I have to kill the "Zoho_Mail_Suite_Sync.exe" in Task-Manager. I have checked the zohoplugin.log:
New Emails Showing Up Under ZMNewsletter Folder
I noticed that new emails I have coming in are going both under the Views of Unread and the Folder of ZMNewsletter. Any ideas why these would be showing up under ZMNewsletter? Also, is there a way to just have new emails appear only under the Inbox instead of the Unread view?
SMTP Access Denied
Hello, I have SMTP enabled for my mail accounts, but the connection from another client is refused almost every time, but I am entering the correct credentials (as they are the same when the connection is accepted). I couldn't find any errors in the admin panel, and it is not the client, as I have tried multiple clients with the same problem. Only once was it able to connect, with the exact same credentials as when it was refused.

Unable to send emails from Hosting Server using zoho SMTP
I am hosing my domain email hosting with Zoho and web hosting with Byethost. 1. MX entry updated in Byethost earlier and normal emailing is working fine. 2. Sending email script, using Zoho smtp with zoho credentials from my development server is working. 3. With the same script uploaded, it was working with Byethost server as well, as soon as I deployed it yesterday. need help to add users to email address, but all accessible through one account.
Hi, I am trying to add users (info@domainname, support@domainname, name@domainname etc.) to my email account, and I want to be able to access all mailboxes through one log in. Hi, I have tried looking online but am getting very much confused - Hope someone can shed some light. I want to create different email address's on the same domain (info@domain, support@domain, name@domain etc.). I also want to be able to access all different mailboxes through one log in. Firefox now opens mail in "Unread Messages" folder
With an upgrade to Firefox 57.0.3 on Windows 7, my Zoho mail opens in the "Unread Messages" folder...which includes all unread messages in every folder. It used to open in the Inbox. I find no settings to change this. This is extremely annoying. How do I fix this?

Zoho advanced mail search is broken and regular searching is super frustrating.
My mailbox is almost full so I am getting warnings that my inbox will be shut down "Soon" unless I fix it. I like those totally non-descriptive words like, 'soon'. What is it Zoho? When will my email be blocked? When it is over a certain size limit (it's already over)? Maybe a time limit? Maybe an account manager has to approve the block? Who knows? Who cares? I was away from my computer over the weekend receiving lots of these emails making me worry. I found out (again) just how sub-par the iOS

Hi, Seasons Greetings While I am able to enable POP for all mails that arrive from now on in Gmail but similar option is missing in Office 365.
