Hola, llevo semanas esperando una solución... Me gustaría saber porqué consigo enviar emails y sin embargo no los recibo en mi cuenta de zoho. Email not sent to outlook or hotmail users
Hi I am using zoho mail free account. It sends and receive email fine for all the gmail and other mail accounts. But it doesn't send email to Hotmail or Outlook users. Whenever i send email to outlook or hotmail email id it display as "In Retry Queue" in my Sent items box. While i send email to same account from gmail it received quickly while send from Zoho its not recieved at all. Can you please let me know what will be the issue ? Thanks, Rahil

You seem to have no trouble finding me when you are sending advertising but for some reason I always have trouble logging in. Either you say I have the wrong password which I do not, or like today you say my email address is an invalid user, or no user. I do not get it. Is it because this is a free account? Mail not being forwarded to personal email address
One of my clients' email is not forwarding to their personal gmail account. I've created a user and set up forwarding. When it didn't forward, I deleted the user account and created a new one (same information and same email) and got the same result. No email is being forwarded but the email is indeed making it to her zoho account. Any help would be appreciated.

Here’s my setup: I have a domain name, “xyz.com” (not the actual name) to which my emails—as well as many family members’—are addressed (e.g.michael@xyz.com; stathis@xyz.com; etc.). Too much spam all of a sudden
Suddenly lots of spam emails are getting through to my Inbox. Even mails that have been correctly classified as spam before are now going through. Has something changed? How can I fix this? I have my SPF set to permanently reject, DKIM to temporary reject, and my DNSBL to permanently reject. what else can be done?

Unexplained error. I was told by support they will add domain in the backend so this will go away. Its been 2 days. Is this how customer service will be, after sign up?
Empty mailbox
Frequently we'll go to Zoho mail via browser only to find that it's completely empty. The cure for this is to delete Zoho cookies and it will reappear. This happens on different computers and different browsers. This shouldn't be happening and is a compete pain. I can only assume there is an error in the setting of the cookies?
