I have a problem with my mail accounts (eg info [at] viva-voce.it). It often happens that the mail client (Thunderbird) begins to chase the password uninterruptedly and after it has been inserted several times it unlocks. it does not happen every day but it happens very often! what happened ?

I cannot be able to send emails from my server. If i try google smtp it works fine. At the moment i have not setup any firewalls. I am trying the following configuration with TLS Outgoing Server Name: smtp.zoho.com Port: 587 Security Type: TLS ALSO ssl Outgoing Server Name: smtp.zoho.com Port: 465 Security Type: SSL i have also also specified the username and password.

Hi Guys, I have configured a Group email id in my Zoho account and the end users are able to send an email to the Group email when i send an email from my end using my Personal Email id. Now my problem is every reply sent to me is redirected to the configured group account. I want to select the email id in which the client has to reply back. Is this possible ?

Team, We have our domain registered with Godaddy, our hosting setup at Smarterasp and mail server in Zoho. We have provided custom MX records in Godaddy which points to Zoho for our mail delivery. We are in the process of launching our website and want to change Godaddy namservers with Smarterasp nameserver. When we change that mails are not reaching Zoho. Unable to delete task in group calendar
I am unable to delete a task in a group calendar. I click delete (and am a moderator) and i get the confirmation box for deletion, I click OK, and the task still stays there. Also on the desktop for that group, there is an error where the calendar should display saying there's a null pointer exception. We're running the newest versions. Thanks

Mail accepting incorrect password!
Today was the second time that when logging into Zoho mail, I entered the wrong password and it still let me in. The first time, I was on auto-pilot and told myself that perhaps I had entered the right one after all. Today, however, I know for certain it was the wrong password for this account. This is a little disconcerting! Has anyone else experienced this before? What can be done to ensure my account is safe from hackers? Or literally ANYONE having a punt at the password and getting in! Endless stupid loop when trying to access zoho mail
I was always typing mail.zoho.com to access my emails and it was opening my mailbox right away. Now i login and it redirects me to some stupid dashboard and not to my mailbox. The only link to zoho mail there is in the upper left corner menu. When I click zoho mail there it just opens a new login page in a new tab and then another login brings me back to this useless dashboard... This is insanely stupid. Please help!
