Error messages when setting up Zoho in Outlook
Each time I try to set up any of my user email accounts in outlook, I get the attached error message. " [authenticationfailed] Invalid Credentials (failure)" I am using the exact same password I use to log into webmail, and have tried with each of the email addresses associated with my account, and triple checked the IMAP settings. Anyone know what is going wrong?

Hi, I have just set up another e-mail account with Zoho, and while I can send e-mails, I am not receiving any. I set up the email account yesterday (and the MX records look correct), so I would have expected all the changes to be live now with the domain provider (Godaddy). This is the message I have been getting This message was created automatically by mail delivery software. A message that you sent could not be delivered to one or more of its recipients. Zoho Mail - Can send but not receive
Hi, My domain is ec-mind.com and I also bind the e-mail account in google account. However, I found out that I can send out the e-mail but not receive the e-mail. The incoming e-mail is stored in Zoho mailbox. Please help.
Error sending emails in old Outlook versions
Hi everybody, Since today, some email accounts I have configured in old Outlooks (2003 / 2007) stopped sending emails with error 0x800CCC1A - your server does not support the encryption type you have specified. Nothing was changed on these configurations, and all at once stopped working. Any ideas?
Answering a forward email
I have 2 emails. To receive all in the same email box, I make a forwarding. For example: my original box is xxx@xxx.com, but I would like to receive yyy@xxx.com. However, when I receive these forwarded emails, and I reply, the sender appears as the address of the original box, ie xxx@xxx.com. How do I get the answer to be with the forwarded email address? Hello, Domain: Purelyposh.com We've tried signing up for Zoho Mail however we always get this error: * This domain is already associated with this account "s*****e@p*****" We've already run through the process of proving ownership of the domain using a CNAME record, yet the error still appears (and has been appearing for about 24 hours). Something is Not Working
I have noticed today when working in Zoho Mail that a few things that had been working are not working anymore. I have listed those below with screenshots. 1. Original Domain is dakotasyndicate.com New is reserveofnd.com I'm able to send emails but unable to receive out of Zoho. I would like to start using the reserveofnd domain but still get emails sent to the dakotasyndicate domain. thanks

Hello, I noticed that i cannot send any mail anymore from wordpress (smtp). Accidentally deleted emails today 20 mins back to make space as I had backup in Outlook
Hi Zoho Team I was making space in my Zoho inbox, so I downloaded all emails to outlook and deleted emails from my zoho email. Now I see that Outlook synced with Zoho mail and all mails I deleted from webmail have also been deleted from my local outlook servers. I am getting close to my size limit on my email account. Can I sort via the Zoho page and delete the largest emails with attachments. I see it can sort by attachment but I did not see sort by email Size on the webpage. thanks

Add an option to Zoho Mail native app for iPhone
In the native app for iPhones, can you please add a function? Under Notifications, add an option under "Show on Lock Screen" allowing users to reduce the information that appears on the lock screen. Issues connecting to outlook
Each time I try to connect one of the 5 users I have for my Zoho account to outlook, I get the following issue message. I have tried with all 5 users, using the passwords I use to log into zoho webmail, but get the error message seen in the attachment each time.
