My wife's account (wanda@goevolve.com) was blocked when she tried to send the same email to multiple recipients. She does this about once a quarter. Mail stopped syncing to Mac mail
It's asking me to enter my password...which I do...and then it tells me that my password isn't correct. I can log in on the web, but I really need my emails to dump to my mac mail. Anyone know what I can do to resolve this? THANKS!

Create secondary Zoho email
I see that there is an option in Zoho Account to add an email address, but it looks like new addresses have to be non-Zoho. I am looking into adding a new @Zoho email address under my existing one. I am working on a website, so if people contact me, I would like customers to contact me at my secondary email and not my primary one. But if possible, I would still like to be notified through my primary. Is this possible?

Hi, New to Zoho so apologies if this has been covered. I have created a custom folder "shared" so that I can allow other group members to view emails. Problem is there is no "share folder" option when I right click on the folder. Obviously I have done something wrong but not sure what. Emails are coming in from our main POP3 account.
