Hi, I.ve got 554 5.1.8 Email Outgoing Blocked error on info@traektoria.ru and tasks@traektoria.ru mailboxes I've got "Sorry , we are unable to process your request, please contact support@zohomail.com" when I try to enable outgoing messaging at control panel. I sent a message from admin@traektoria.ru to support@zohomail.com on 5 august 2017 11:43 GMT+3 and second one 7 august 2017 12:49 GMT+3 but still got no reaction. We need mailboxes to be unblocked The other problem is that we have up to 10 users

Hi, i have this mail domain : fquiroz@illakallpa.com i exceded the limit quota, i delete all message but i still blocked and in the admin control panel still says that the account have the 100% disk usage How can i proceed? Thanks !
unable to send and receive emails - except gmail mails
I have configured my domain as per all the guidelines of zoho and my DKIM and SPF record are properly configured and verified as well.. Still i am not able to send mails to and receive from non gmail services.. wondering what went wrong can you please help me... domain is rsa247.co
553 Relaying disallowed
We have been emailing a supplier and for two emails out of the last four sent have had this error message sent back. Can any tell me what it is, and why it's appeared? Especially on 2 not 4 of the emails (3 were sent within a few minutes of each other). Thanks

Hi, I'm a seriously pissed off Microsoft outlook/hotmail user. They, the Microsoft folks, have once again blocked my e-mail account for the single reason that I dared to travel and log-in from another location. I've just signed up to Zoho and so far I like what I see and I'm seriously considering to bring my business here. Now, the obvious question, does Zoho do the same location based blocking for e-mail log-in?

IMAP not connecting to Hubspot CRM
I am trying to connect my IMAP and SMTP too Hubspot crm in order to able to receive my emails in Hubspot. I have already reached out to Hubspot support and we have exhausted all options on their end. The proper port is included and so is the ingoing and outgoing connections are set. I dont have 2 factor authentication on yet and attached is the error I am receiving. Currently I am unable to reach out to clients until I have the crm connected so this is quite urgent. Thank you.

I created a new Zoho account for a startup company I recently joined, and I used the "Login with Google" prompt which used the email ID info(at)mightydevelopment.co.za. I then created a user with email ID renier(at)mightydevelopment.co.za and I also added the domain that I own mightydevelopment.co.za.

Dear Zoho , My email address are sales@all4babycare.com and info@all4babycare.com and were working perfectly until 07/08/2017 to my surprise since i am unable to login to my account. Hi Guys, I am really struggling on how to set up an effective automation follow up with Zoho CRM. I used Zendesk before but now separating Support and Sales (Zoho). I created a series of 6 email follow up but the problem is that I can not find any way to tell the system to stop the Automation if the customer reply to any of the emails. I used to do this with Zendesk by adding different tag, so if the updater = End-user -> add tag replied, something like. I really want to transfer all sales activity

The accounts in question are used to communicate with clients, WE DO NOT SEND SPAM (As one of yours accused us to do in a prior email conversation). I can see only one email bounced in each account, I think that is not enough to block them, something else must be going on. I´recommend Zoho Mails to all my clients and never had an issue. magri.biz is one of my most important clients

Dear Zoho, end of last week I received an email from one of my builders with a quote (doc file) attached. I responded straight away but wanted to look at the quote today. Hi, When sent to others my emails are marked as spam even after I checked all the settings for SPF or DKIM. It seems to me that I configured them properly but I would like to have some support from Zoho. Can anyone please help me or give me better advice? Thanks in advance!

I own bankgallery.in. I want to set up an email service. I followed every instruction down to the individual characters of the instructions to verify: 1. My DNS provider BigRock domains is not on the list, so I choose [OTHER] and I have also tried the option Cname to register 2. I add the respective CNAME and TXT names and values to my BigRock domain manager to bankgallery.in 3. I use BigRock to host my site. 4. I have multiple times checked the values to see if they're correct from zoho to my BigRock

Intermittent sending problem
About five times in the last three months I tried sending an email from my lemurine account and was unable to (I did not receive any error message). Mail from zoho shows as spam in Gmail
Recently, I sent a mail from vicky@hitonelectronics.com which is hosted in Zoho mail to my gmail account. But its shown as a spam mail in my gmail account. I tried multiple zoho accounts with various gmail accounts but the same error is shown. for example, dilip@hitonelectronics is also showns as a spam in gmail.

Hello, I am going through the following problem: The email fabiana@bancodefranquias.com has been block since yesterday, and the message is: "Mail Fetch has also been disabled for any active POP accounts" (attached pic) And then I go to the troubleshoot, I unblock it, I receive an email saying it was unblocked, and the just a couple minutes later I get another email saying it was block again (I went through the process for 4 times).
