Can't open or download attachments
Lately, if I get an email with a .jpg or .mp4 attachment and try to view it or simply download it, it will not happen. When clicking view nothing happens. When choosing download a white about screen opens and closes. I asked Zoho for a solution and they chose to ignore the problem.
Password reset not working
I have changed my password 4 times and received the page saying the password was successfully change. I also received 4 confirmation emails that I can see on my phone. However, on my laptop, I am receiving "invalid password" each time I try to use the new password. I have NOT yet set up the new password on my phone, so the old password must still be working there. When trying to send 10 emails one after another (using PHP) I get an error
I am trying to send ~10 emails from php. It sends the first two emails but then after that I get "Swift_TransportException with message 'Connection could not be established with host smtp.zoho.com [ #0]'" . Could this be because there is a limit to how many emails you can send per minute or something like that?

already configured SPF but still not verified
Hi Everyone! I hope someone can explain this this to me. I am just wondering why SPF is still not verified though it is already configured in DNS in Siteground. I follow this article https://www.zoho.com/mail/help/adminconsole/spf-configuration.html so I used this for address v=spf1 include:zoho.com ~all . I checked my site in mxtoolbox.com and looks like smtp mx3.zoho.com is failed to connect and dmarc DNS record not found. Should I be worried for that? Is this connected to spf? Thanks in advance.

The way MXGuarddog works is you point your domain's MX records to MXGuarddog, it filters out all spam. Then, in mxguarddog you point your MX records to Zoho, and only legitimate email (in mxguarddog's eyes) is sent on to your zoho mailbox. I am using Zoho as my email client for me GMail Account. When I send an email from myGMail account, it appears in the INBOX in my Zoho mail account. Why is this?
