Email SMPT Problem
Hi, I got error when send mail in codeigniter Message: The following SMTP error was encountered: 553 Relaying disallowed as "My Nickname" Unable to send email using PHP SMTP. Your server might not be configured to send mail using this method. And This is a multi-part message in MIME format.
Your email application may not support this format.
Email not sent from webserver
I have a GoDaddy hosted domain set up for email with Zoho. My webserver sends emails just fine to other email domains OK, but not the email I have configured with Zoho. I can send email from gmail to my Zoho email. All my statuses (Verified, MX Records, SPF, DKIM) have green check boxes indicating that all is setup/verified. Seems like Zoho doesn't want to relay email from the webserver though. What am I missing?

Sent email duplicated when sending via iPhone/iPad
When sending email via the Zoho web interface everything works fine, but when sending via iPhone or iPad mail app using IMAP/SMTP I'm seeing a duplicate of every email in the Sent folder. I've seen several threads on this subject but can't seem to find anything that indicates a fix. Why is this occurring and how can I stop it?

Trapped in the creation process

Sending a large amount of spam
I am apparently sending a large amount of spam from my inbox. I have changed my password, enabled TFA and have logged out of every device. Even with all of that I am still sending spam, and I see it in my sent items folder, so I know it is coming from my mailbox. Can someone at Zoho see what the mail server's logs show, below is one example header. Hi my user are not getting any email from my domain while i receive an email from my website all settings are okay where it could be wrong?? my website is related to classified site where so many emails are sent to user but they are un able to get any email . Can't video or audio call in Zoho Mail group chats
Hello, For some reason, we can't place audio or video calls in our group chats in Zoho Mail. The one to one chats have the video and audio call buttons and work perfectly fine. The group chats, however, do not have the audio and video button, and so we can't audio or video call. :( Here's a screenshot. The chat on the left is a one to one chat, while the one on the right is a group chat. I am pretty sure I tested this once before with a group chat, and they did have the button. What's going on?
Sending & receiving emails slow to nonfunctional

Hi: For our domain email praxisga.com, one of our users chandrashekhar.bhide@praxisga.com appears as Chandrashkar in the name. This is happening in ALL emails this user is sending. When I (admin) see him in user accounts, we are seeing the right name. Can you please help?

Can't retrieve new email on one device
On my phone, one of the email accounts suddenly stopped retrieving new emails. (The email account is being retrieved from a server other than zoho.com.) No matter what I do, I can't seem to get this device to retrieve new emails for this account, although the other accounts still work normally. Change of domain provider cant receive emails

Hi, I have just started a Zoho email account and can't figure out how to import emails from my other email address which is through SquirrelMail 1.4.21 or SquirrelMail which is a MSG file.
