Deleted Emails? Get them back?
my zoho email was close to full. I right clicked on the zoho inbox and deleted all emails before May 1. When I got back to my Outlook Program on Windows 10, all of those deleted emails had disappeared! I didn't want that to happen. In the past, old emails weren't deleted. I don't think my settings have changed on Outlook 2010, but when I was trying to figure out how to delete I may have changed some Zoho settings. Why did that happen? Is there as configuration that needs to change in outlook?

Mail server pop.zoho.com responded: defenderWKS-SpamStamp: Build: [Engines: 2.15.6.911, Stamp: 3], I am using pop acces, tried pop.zoho.com and poppro.zoho.com. It worked today in the morning. If I download only headers it works? Imap works normally? Any ideas?
Not receiving emails!

mail dissappeared
my mail disappeared after i tried to do something to store it. i ticked all items of mail and then clicked on the archive folder hoping i could store them there, but they all just disappeared instead.

Hello! I am trying to create a new account in the Control Panel for the domain "hexa.gq", but it say's it can't create the email address. I am stuck at the setup screen. Importing Emails
Hi, I have just started a Zoho email account and can't figure out how to import emails from my other email address which is through SquirrelMail 1.4.21 or SquirrelMail which is a MSG file. Our email address is with Tastel.net.au but they are shutting down some of their emails and ours is one of them. We don't have long to change everything over.
Problem truncating HTML e-mails
Hi Zoho, E-mails that I receive into my Zoho Mail from a POP account are having their (long) lines truncated around 75 or 76 characters with an "=" sign being and carriage return being added to the end of the line. The HTML then renders in a strange way with the "equal signs" confusing the HTML interpreter. How can I change my settings to stop this occurring. I have tried all and any of the settings that I can find without any joy. With thanks, Michael

Error when trying to configure domain for email
Hi, I just created this new account for managing my domain with Zoho but when trying to configure it for email I get the error "* This domain is already associated with this account "w*****r@p*****".". I know that a colleague started the configuration for me few months ago but never finished and I don't have access to the e-mail and/or account used for that. Super Admin Name Unchanged after Editing
I changed the Super admin Name which got reflected on hovering at top right section but when email is sent, the email is received with old username and not the changed one.
Problems adding a domain
As the title says Im having a real issue adding a domain to my zoho email. I went through the process of signing up, adding my details, adding my domain and got to the verification stage. Ive done all the correct CNAME verification stuffs with my domain through squarespace. After following the instructions properly the verification button kept reporting that the website wasn't verified, but this process isn't instantaneous so I left it there to pick up today. I have a shopify store and I want to be able to send emails to my customers with the form info@mysite.com. I have my Zoho mail set up with myname@mysite.com. How do i add other emails that I can receive and send out under the info@mysite.com email? Do I use alias's or groups or what? Thanks.

I am able to send emails out, but not receive emails (checked thru OS X Mail IMAP and thru the mail.zoho.com web interface). No bounce backs have occurred yet.
Can't receive mail from some places
Hello! I've noticed that I can't receive emails from Shopify and some users but I can receive emails from the majority of places. I've double checked my MX records and they look good. I'm stumped as to why this might me. Any ideas? Thanks!
How to "teach" to Smartfilter to NOT add concrete emails to ZMNewsLetter ?
Hi, A 90% of the "normal" emails i receive are landing in ZMNewsLetter. And i don't know how to "teach" to ZohoMail to send them just to my Inbox. I tried to moved them manually from ZMNewsLetter to the inbox and thought that the SmartFilter is "learning" this way. But that doesn't seem to work. Is there any way to DEACTIVATE the smart filters? And if not, how can i fix the problem please? We are 4 new Zoho Mail users in my company and we like it very much, but this problem has to be resolved please.

Getting a mail more than 1000 times in my mailbox
Hi, I have the problem that I'm getting for example from ebay or are friend an email over a 1000 times. It's the same e-mail with the same date and time but handled as a new email. I compared the email body and it is the same. Can anybody explain what is happening?
Delay in forwarding mail to another email address

My account (phil_rose@zoho.com) which I pay for and have had for about 10 years) is suddenly inaccessible and reports 'account is inactive'. Can you please help as soon as possible as it is the email account I use? I cannot receive email there, obviously so I guess respond here?

Email held for Moderation, but it shouldn't be.
Hi, I have an organization restricted email list; alerts@example.com. The only email it gets is from another user on my account; noreply@example.com. The list has a single member; me (ryan.xxxxxx@example.com). For the last few days, some of the email to the list is held for moderation and some of it isn't. The reason claimed for moderation is: Sender does not belong to your organization. However, the mail is definitely originating from my noreply@example.com user. Any ideas? Ryan
