Zoho Mail migration plan for my own domain, and HowTo questions
Hi, I'm looking into migrating our family email service which is currently hosted on my own server at my own domain using SME Server 8 (see: SME 8, a CentOS based distro). Is it correct that the free account can have up to 25 addresses? Can this free account use my own domain? I read about your IMAP import feature for importing our old emails. I'm guessing I would have to change my domain to point to your servers. As soon as I do that, our family email service will be down. Is there some way to setup

Hello all, I am facing a problem with one of my company email. I tried for a long time to send an email and I always receive this error: ERROR_CODE :550, ERROR_CODE :5.7.23 SPF access denied; The problem seems to appear when I try to send to a specific email account. Two Factor Authentication no backup SMS
I have set up Two Factor Authentication on my account and have configured it to use the Google Authentication option and this works fine. But in the event I loose access to this authenticator i tried using the "Can't access your smart phone" option and chose the option to recieve an SMS via my Alternative Numbers, but an SMS is never sent. I then tried the Get by phone call and that did work. Is there some way I can get the SMS option working as a backup?

When users are sending email from mobile it is not syncing to outlook sent items folder but at the same time it is appearing on the webmail sent items folder. So I'm having issues with setting up my SPF in my Go Daddy DNS. For the TXT value i've tried both: v=spf1 a mx include:zoho.com ~all v=spf1 include:zoho.com ~all The setup says to use the bottom one, but I've also seen the top recommended. So which is it? Also, on the mobile Zoho Mail app, I've noticed the "From" shows it's sent from "contact" while my computer shows it's from my actual web site name. Why the difference? Can the mobile app not have the custom From name? Much appreciated!
