Zoho Mail Setup " Account not Active "
Hello Zoho, I am not able to setup email for my domain, it says, " Account not Active ". How to make it active ? I wanted to setup email for my domain.
Display name on email is not updating.
I want to update the name of my email ID. I've tried several times but it is not updating. Can you please explain or fix this small issue?
Automatically logs me out too soon (zoho Desk and Mail)
I'm automatically being log out every 10 minutes in Zoho mail.

Emails do not open in tab
I usually press 't' to open long emails in a new tab as viewing is easier. For past few weeks, none of my emails display when I do this. I also tried right-clicking an email and selecting the option "Open in tab" but that doesn't work too. The error I get is this. a new blank tab opens, There is a small sign which says "Loading.." the tab stays that way no matter how long I leave it for.

Unable to connect to smtp.zoho.eu
A couple of days ago, I tried to send an email using Mozilla Thunderbird. Receiving emails wasn't a problem, but the connection to the smtp.zoho.eu server couldn't be established. I read about this problem in the forum, unfortunately the zoho employees asked to send them an email at support@zoho.com. So, I did that aswell, including screenshots of configuration and a tracert. I didn't hear back from them since then. Is it usual that they don't reply/don't care?
Convert Zoho Emails to Tasks inside Zoho Mail
Hi guys, Is there any way within to convert an Zoho email to a Zoho task in Zoho Mail? I know its possible to convert an email to a task in Zoho Project but for some reason you aren't able to do this for tasks in within Zoho Mail itself. Any advice would be appreciated

Problems with Ñ in domain
Hello, we have a problem with the recognition of the domain in human language, to register the domain we use the machine language for the ñ, but when wanting to access or send mail from outside, the address of the domain is not reconciled in human language. Thing that happens in any other service external to Zoho. Example domain is decxxxxx.com in machine language is @ xn--decxxxxxxx-4db.com In different hostings and services we have no problems, can you tell us if we have to put any special settings?

I'm trying to create an email with personal domain (@myname.com) but when I try to mess with the settings I get a message saying something like the personal email hasn't been confirmed. How do I confirm or am I going about this completely the wrong way?
Unable to receive emails
I know this has been posted a lot but I can't seem to find my response. I can send emails and receive reply emails however I am unable to receive emails of any other kind. I have sent a number of test emails and have been unable to get them BUT if I first send an email from ZOHO and reply to that I am able to get that. Any ideas? Everything seems to be set up correctly between my domain manager and zoho. Any help muchly appreciated. Thank you
Imap issue with Office 365 Small Business Premium
In Outlook we have an associated IMAP account from Zoho. I consistently get two error messages. The first one locks up Outlook and will not let me doing anything. See the screen shot - IMAP1 below. After a while, the second message occurs - see IMAP 2 below. When this happens, not only is Outlook unavailable, but all other computer applications are interrupted essentially rendering my computer useless. These error messages can occur in rapid succession repeatedly. Very Very annoying. Charles

When I update dns to s3 on godaddy , incomming mail stop working 2. and when I update mx to zoho on godaddy , my website stop working. Is there a program to import contacts from Outlook (2010 - NOT exchange) to Zoho mail? Is there a way to import email from Outlook (2010 - NOT Exchange) to Zoho mail. Relying on IMAP to synchronize won't work as this is for an extra POP3 account.

Newb that needs help please. I've been using zoho for my mail for quite some time. I have several emails but I (misspelled one ). It of course works just fine but I need to correct it so I don't appear to be that dumb. so I followed the instructions here https://help.zoho.com/portal/helpcenter/articles/how-to-change-the-primary-email-address-in-zoho-26-9-2015 It seems to work except it seems that you have to verify the new email before you can use it ....so I'm lost. Imported calendar, meeting cancellation
Hello I tried going though the documentation but I was unable to find something. In my mail account, I have a calendar. In this calendar, I added a number of events from an ical file. The events have attendees. I sync the calendar to my phone via ActiveSync. How can I avoid sending out cancellations to the upto 20 people for each event if I delete an event? The events are from a common football club calendar and attendees are people who have signed up for e.g. training. However, I am not the organizer

Hi, For domain www.propiedadesrurales.cl I signed up using a phone number 9*****15 but we never got the registration code. Now if I want to login either using the email or the phone number I am getting an error message saying "Please enter valid email / mobile". And if I try signing up it says "This domain is already associated with this account "*****15" " What can I do to try sending the code again ?

Cannot Add Another Email Account
Hello there, I have a email address admin@commonwealthbeauty.ca, I am trying to add another one: hello@commonwealthbeauty.ca. I have read how to add addresses, and have followed them. But when I select ADD, it seems to essentially kick me out and the only active email account is admin. Please help.
