I follow the guide to configure spf for my zoho mail and my hosting is Hostgator. I created a txt record in but it won't allow me to put '@' in hostname. Is there anything I can put beside it?

Can't delete an invitation
I've created an invitation by mistake thinking I was creating a new user/email. I've deleted the invitation and when I tried to add the user/email the system tells me that there is an invitation sent. In the list of invitations there it is again, so I can't use this email. How can I turn off the spam filter in my email?
I am new to Zoho and not all that technically savvy. I am using Zoho email to receive emails from people responding to an advert and to follow up on the enquiries. Nearly every single email I receive is going into spam. The only instruction I can find talks about white lists and black lists which are useless to me as I don't know who will be emailing me. I can't find any other instructions on how to manage the spam filter. I am perfectly happy stopping the filter all together if that is the easiest
