I have setup additional domains in Zoho mail control panel and run through all the steps of checking the domain owner, mx records etc. I have created an email aliases linked to one of the accounts registered with Zoho. I have entered the standard SMTP information - I tried both SSL and TLS in a dedicated php file that controls the website contact form but I didn't succeed in sending the message through. Full Mail Sync to Outlook
Support team, I've got my mail synchronising through imap/smtp but those services don't synchronize calendar or tasks which is what I need. Am I using a Mac (office 2016), is there a way I can sync all of the mail capabilities with Exchange?

SPF check fails on forwarded emails
Hi guys, is there a way to stop the SPF check failing on forwarded email? for example: bob forwards all mail to bob@zoho.com joe sends an email from joe@home.com to bob@outlook.com which is then forwarded to bob@zoho.com if spf hard fail is set to quarantine the message will be blocked, even though the message is valid and everyone has spf records set correctly. How do I turn off the red squiggly lines?
I need to turn off the red squiggly lines that appear before "misspelled" words by default when I'm composing an email. I use the word "playwriting" very frequently, which apparently nobody thinks is a word. So I always ignore the red squiggly lines. ZOHO Mail Replies Not Showing In Email
Here are steps: 1) I receive email 2) I share email and put: @person please respond to this email. 3) @person gets notice. They review email and respond with answer directly to customer via email. 4) @person and myself don't see the reply in the email. Website sends automatic mails to users upon registration, for account validation, for password recovery etc. Recently I have change my mail server from local host to zoho. So, I need to change few settings such as hostname, serverport, encryption and Check box with 'smtp authentication'. Password problem in Outlook
Hello, I recently came to the service and set up four email accounts. All were configured in Outlook and all worked until this morning. I checked one of the accounts and it will not accept the password which had not been changed. I tried changing the account password, however, Outlook will not accept it. I can sign in to the account via the web using the new password just fine. All of the other accounts in Outlook have continued to work - no issues. Again, all settings are the same for each account
Can I use domain level spam filtering with Zoho
Over the last few months the amount of spam email that mailboxes on my domain are receiving is increasing to unacceptable levels. The Zoho anti spam options seem totally ineffective, even though most can be filtered by a simple rule in Outlook to detect words in the email subject (yes the spam is that obvious - but Zoho just lets them through).
