I was trying to set the various e-mail related limits by defining an e-mail policy as suggested on this page: https://www.zoho.com/mail/help/adminconsole/email-policy.html I could only set some of these settings however, I'm assuming that is because I'm on the free plan currently... (Maximum email size & Incoming Maximum emails/minute) Can you let me know where I can find the information about e-mail limitations like the recipient count, number of outgoing mails, etc. that apply to my free account?

Hi guys I'd had my emails for my domain via gmail sat on Google apps for the last five years. I recently moved it over to Zoho mail, but since doing so I've seen a large increase in the amount of spam I'm getting. Under gmail I'd get a few a week, but already I'm getting 20-30 a day, and a lot seem to be for email addresses on my account that I've never actually used for websites, ie think like todo@mydomain, which I've only use for sending myself to do emails. Hello, In the last few days I can't connect to my account from 3ᴿᴰ party applications to my IMAP account because I get the IMAP error of too may simultaneous connections. I have configured the account only on my PC and a smartphone and it has always been working correctly. I provided the mobile number while registering the new domain. After that i found that this Mobile number is not working fine. Now i register again for setup my domain name, this error arrives "This Domain is not supported or is already registered with Zoho" I did not verify it by the Mobile Number. I have tried 10 differents phone numbers and its not working for my country. I am trying to receive an AWS SES email verification to my zoho business email address however after long run hours of waiting; I can not receive the email on my zoho inbox.. Whenever I try with different emails addresses on other domains (like gmail), I receive the email confirmation instantly.. Hello, we have done all steps to host our domain emails (anacicaserta.it) on Zoho but we still receive emails on the domain provider's server. But we can send email from Zoho. All the checks are ok, as you can see on the attached image.

Can no longer "send as" from Gmail
I have been sending email from my gmail account and can't now. What changed? I have gone in and modified all the settings in Gmail but I continue to get an error message. Can you look at my account in Zoho and see if the problem is associated with my forwarding? Zoho also stopped forwarding my email due to over storage limit.

We are able to send and receive emails between employees connected on Zoho. We are also able to send emails to 3rd party emails such as a gmail account, but we cannot receive emails from 3rd party accounts such as gmail.
