Hello Sir, My domain name symphonycorp.in was verfied and i used to get mails on zoho mail client. but recently i missed my domain name renewal on godaddy due to which my domain name was expired. but i recently got my domain name renewed and i changed the mx record to mx.zoho.com and mx2.zoho.com but still not able to get any mail on zohomail. can you please help.

Hi Zoho Team I'm deploying Zoho Mail to some of my customers with great success. But some of them complain about a feature they had on Gmail: translating the content of the email. They speak Spanish, and they do business with China. They managed to get by by using the automated translation that Google offers on Gmail from Spanish to English and back, but Zoho doesn't offer that. So that's my suggestion: implement some kind of translation system so my Spanish speaking customers can see a Spanish translation
I see mail coming in, can't open it and then it disappears when I refresh my browser
This morning I checked my mail on Zoho.com directly; there were at least 4 unread messages that I could see but not open. When I refreshed my browser (Chrome), the messages disappeared completely! I know I saw them. The same thing happened in the last hour or so. I received an e-mail from Bluehost.com and that, too, disappeared. What is going on?

Hi, I am a Zoho Recruit and CRM user. I am using Mac Mail for my email and having to either bcc dropbox for all outgoing email and copy and paste for incoming mail. If I subscribe to Zoho Mail will all my email that is sent and received be also copied into the relevant lead or contact in CRM and candidates file in Recruit. In addition will I also be able to continue to email via my iPhone or Mac for the same to apply or does it work via a web mail type application. Thank you for your help. Steve

I'm radically frustrated with this product and if someone doesn't call me back to help --- I will absolutely cancel this subscription and get another product in 2016--- the CRM has bugs, the Email takes a solid 35 mins to arrive in my inbox. Problems with phone number when registering
I have heard of Zoho as a great alternative to gmail, with superior privacy and a simple interface. I'm having some issues registering a mailbox, specifically with my German phone number. No matter what format I try to enter it in (area code +49, and without), it is deemed invalid. Any way around this? Josh
Zoho Calendar (subscribed calendar) to Zoho Mail iOS calendar
I have two iCalendar (webcal) calendars I subscribe to in Zoho Calendar, after getting the latest iOS update the calendar events are not showing up in the iOS app (they flash briefly then disappear from the daily agenda that displays below the calendar. Hey Guys, Congrats on Mail app 2.0! I noticed that when I swipe to an email message from the notification screen on my iPhone and click "reply", the sender field is blank and subject becomes "null". Delete account with unverified domain
Hello. I tried the HTML domain verification, but when I hit the Verify button on the resulting page, the web page hung and did nothing. For that reason, I don't want to use Zoho's services. I've looked through the forums and found several ways of deleting my fledgling account, but all of them seem to assume that the domain has been verified. How can I delete my account without adding a domain? Thank you.
Emails from certains ip addresses are bouncing back
Our main supplier's emails are bouncing back to them. Their IP addresses are as follows: 88.208.247.32 88.208.246.71 We haven't received emails from them for the past week. Can you look into this and find out why only these ip addresses are not coming through to us? Thanks
Multiple accounts not downloading email on app
I have multiple accounts configured on my id on Zoho. There are 3 on one domain and the 4th is on a different domain. I am not able to download the emails for all of them on iOS or Android app unless I log onto the desktop on the main account. Once the mails are downloaded there, they show up on the mobile app's also. Please help!
