Hello I have added DKIM and SPF records to my domain but my email keeps getting sent to the spam inbox of the receiver. please help me out. this is causing a lot of problems with my business thanks

Form mail from me
Hi, I have a wordpress website with a contact form, the website domain name is what I use for my Zoho account. The problem I'm having is when I submit the form with a e-mail address that's not the same as my Zoho one, it says from me, yet on my zoho mobile app it comes up with the senders name. is there a way to have the senders name to come up on my desktop computer instead of saying from me? any help will be much appreciated

Filter to copy rather than move
Is it possible to set up a filter to copy incoming mail to another folder rather than moving it? I can't see an option within the filter rules; also I can import a 'move' filter set up in Thunderbird, but not a 'copy' one. The reason for this, I have set up another email account (let's call it account2) to forward emails to this one (account1), and have a filter to move these to their own folder (folder2), if they contain the account2 email address. 5/9/2015 IMAP not syncing with Outlook 2016
I have Outlook 2016 connected with my Zoho mail account, and today it was not receiving any updates. I could see new emails on the web interface, but they were not coming to Outlook. I'd click "Send/Receive" and one time out of three the emails would come through; otherwise the process would just appear to hang and then end with no result.

Attachment Viewer is Not Working Properly
Images are never being removed from the attachment viewer after an email is deleted. In the past, whenever you deleted your email, the images in the attachment viewer would get deleted within 24 hours or so. However, during the last 28 days, none of the images in the attachment viewer have been deleted even though I delete my email daily (and empty my trash daily). Something is definitely still wrong. Push Notification stopped working
Hi, For some reason I no longer get push notifications from my ZOHO mail app on my Samsung Galaxy S6 Android ver. 6.0.1 It just started today, I uninstalled and re-installed the app... still no notifications. Web portal works fine... I see the emails come in without having to refresh page.... The only way I can see new emails on phone is by clicking ZOHO mail app icon and refreshing. Please advise. Cannot create info@ email
Hi, It seems that for some reason I cannot create an account info@tbchellas.gr. During the initial setup it didn't accept it and I had to create an admin@tbchellas.gr instead. All other names are accepted except from info@tbchellas.gr, for which it says that it already exists even though I can't see it in the list with my other emails. Is there any chance that It created an entry in your database and now it prevents me from creating it? Thanks!
