How do I retrieve my archived mails?

Is there any way to block emails with a particular tld? For example anything sent from a .ru domain?

Hello I have 2 domains, matteo-innocenti.com and tuscanywed.com the first one works fine, the second one has only mail forwarding option but there is no chance to receive mail directly to info@tuscanywed.com and send e-mail with that account. how can I solve this matter ? many thanks in advance

MX records
Hi there, it's been 24 hours since I set up the MX10 and MX20 records for my domain. They are shown in my provider's DNS settings but not at mxtoolbox.com. Therefore I can't receive mails for my domain. Did I do something wrong? Thanks for your help!
Vacation Reply Still Being Sent
Hi -- I removed my automatic vacation reply days ago, but people are still getting that message. There are no vacation replies configured for my account currently, so it seems to be stuck somewhere in the system. (I even tried creating a new vacation reply and then deleting that one, but the old one still keeps getting sent out.) Can you please de-activate that somehow? Thank you!

Zoho replies to customers twice.
Not only will it post a reply twice, there is no copy left in the sent folder. There are 2 copies in zoho that sometimes the customer doesn't even get. The copy will disappear right while I am in the conversation list?! What are the specific steps to fix this in zoho? I think this will solve my mymail client problem. EMAILS DO NOT COME IN UNLESS WE REFRESH EVERTIME
I have requested this to be fixed for some time now. Emails NEVER come in unless I restart my browser or refresh it. Apparently ZOHO system is not fetching the emails from the server anymore and hasn't for many weeks now. I have been informed by support that this will be fixed and that it may already be fixed for my account. Well....It hasn't. My emails sit on the server indefinitely if I do not refresh. Very annoying. Please somebody fix this simple task.
Apple Mail Setup
I am setting up to receive ZOHO mail on my Apple Mail client but am having problems. I have followed the instructions here: https://www.zoho.com/mail/help/apple-mac-imap.html but it didn't work. My account was offline using IMAP and would not go online. So I set it up as POP and the account is online and mail is going out, but not coming in. Below is a screenshot of my settings.

I am manager in my firm, and I using zoho mail for my whole team ... is there any simple way to check what my team is doing ? i mean can we creat one login where i can see all camunications of my team .. Not recieving mails from specific address
Hi, I have problem. My mail account info@grey-mores.cz is not recieving forwarded mails from grey.info@seznam.cz. Seznam.cz support tell me, that error is on Zoho side, because they are recieving error "552 5.1.1 <info@grey-mores.cz> Mailbox delivery failure policy error". Not getting new emails over POP *FROM* the Zoho Server
Hi, I have not been able to download any new email over POP from my zoho account since the 8th April. New email is still visible through the web view, and appears over IMAP, but nothing is being downloaded over POP (to multiple clients). Hi, I am not a coder and I have no idea what's going on. It seems to me someone called Guillermo is using our own (business) email to spam a bunch of people with the a random commercial offer. A couple of people actually replied to Guillermo's email but those replies were sent to us. I just set up a Zoho account to give it a try, and all seems good, but for some reason I can get it working on my iPhone. Domain confusion
I have just signed up with a free account and I have added one of my own domains to it. I assumed that any mail sent to this domain would appear in my inbox, but it seems that it only matches against known names, anything else is rejected, fair enough.
