Account is disabled when I try to log in

All email to gulftel being bounced with error 550
Hello Firstly I have sent 2 messages to support using the contact form and I have had no acknowledgement. From this morning all my personal mail to gulftel.com is being bounced and from reading the message from mailer-daemon@mail.zoho.com gives error code 550 on reading the spamhause link it is mentioning PayPal and that does not make sense as I don't have a PayPal account. What has made me most annoyed is Zoho has not acknowledged my emails which I marked 'critical'. I pay Zoho to host my domain

Zoho IP addresses on multiple blacklists
74.201.84.154 and 74.201.84.163, both Zoho email IP addresses, have been blacklisted by multiple Spam watchlists (SORBS, Spamhaus, and Protected Sky). Our outgoing email is completely blocked because of this. Looking at earlier forum posts this seems to be a recurring issue. Please confirm when this has been resolved.

Email forwarding has stopped working
My email account is set up to automatically forward to another account. I set this up and verified it two years and it used to work ok. Now I have discovered that it has stopped working. To test it I added and verified another email address. But when I mail to the zohomail address nothing is being forwarded anywhere. None of the mails are bouncing back with errors either. I have attached a screenshot showing the email forwards that I have set up. Can anyone help
POP Access Being Blocked?
First, this morning when I opened Windows Live Mail on my computer, Zoho had downloaded ALL my inbox twice more. Second, I just logged in to Zoho mail online and there is a red message across top that says Your POP Access Has Been Blocked, Please Click Here to Unblock.... What is going on? Was my account hacked? Why was my POP blocked and now I am afraid to unblock it as it seems ot be downloading multiple copies of my inbox to my Live Mail on my computer. How can I get help with this?

Spam is killing me
Spam is consuming about 80% of my incoming email volume. I mark it as spam but it keeps returning. I have looked at the white list and blacklisted and all are empty I have never added any to either so that is not what has changed. It seems this started happening in the past month about the time of the Zoho upgrade. I never had this amount of spam show up in my inbox . The following IP address - 74.201.84.163 is added as a spam and virus entry on the SORBS listing that few companies use to filter spam. Our email is sent through this IP address from the header info and we can't mail receivers using SORBS due to listing as of 7th April 2016. Is there a way to create a filter that looks at the subject line, and when it contains key words, never mark it as Spam? The Zoho Support Spam filter is marking far more emails as spam when they are not, than we ever had marked as spam in Gmail. thank you Jim

Received Email Going To Spam Despite Being Whitelisted
Over the past few weeks, email received from 2 particular senders at the same company (same domain) is being put into spam, despite the fact that I have whitelisted the email addresses, whitelisted the domain, and marked email as "not spam" several times. Any ideas?

How can I get support here?
Twice in the last 4 days, I have contacted the support and did not receive a reply. As adding my gmail accounts via pop did not work properly I started forwarding my gmails to my zoho accounts. For 5 days now the zoho server rejects the forwarded messages. I am a new zoho user and so far I am not happy at all. My main reason for signing up was the "blacklist" function that turned out to be just a filter.
