I wolud like to report that 74.201.84.155 is blacklisted at sorbs.net as you can see at the attached image. Ist intersting that who is reporting-me the black list is the zoho mail server about his own, when a send some e-mail to some domains.

Image in signature doesn´t appear
Hi, recently on one of the accounts under my domain, when composing an email, the image I configured on the signature stoped displaying. That happened for a couple of weeks and then it was suddenly fixed. But recently it started happening again. When setting up the signature and saving it, the image appears the way I want, but when I try to compose and send an email the signature appears without image. iOS - Exchange Active Sync - Cannot move messages to other folders
Hello, I have my iPhone synced to my Zoho mail via EAS. However, I am unable to delete messages or to move messages from one folder to another. When I try to delete or move a message, I get the folowing error messages: DELETE - error message is "Unable to Move Message The message could not be moved to the mailbox Trash" MOVE - error message is "Unable to Move Message The message could not be moved to (any chosen folder)" I have deleted and re-added mail account. smtp.zoho.com timing out, cannot send mail
My mail client cannot connect to SMTP.ZOHO.COM to send mail, I get connection timed out messages. This is confirmed by attempting to ping the smtp server, connection times out. What's going on here?

I try sending emails, and a large number of them are coming back with error policy codes (i.e. 550) address rejected, mail denied. I send a large number of emails every day, so this is a bit troublesome.

So, i created two signatures. Which i am not able to swap easily. For that you have give an option as follows in signature, but it's not working "When replying / forwarding, place this signature above the original quoted mail begins."

Hello. I cannot verify my domain name. It's roema.ro And, my hosting says : The DNS record is definitely there. zb********.roema.ro resolves to addzmverify.zoho.com as a CNAME. The Cname record is there and correct. Is there an option to verify using meta tags? Thank you.

Hi My question is related to IMAP setting that i have in Live mail client. a) Sometimes the Live mail does compacting of all the folders and in the process sometimes many mails get deleted. This will automatically delete on the Zoho Server also. How can one retrieve these lost mails. b) Is there an option for a scheduled back up in the Zoho server or is a manual option available. I can send email from zoho to gmail. But the delivery gets failed when I send from gmail to account associated with zoho, i.e. akshay@sourcecode.com.np The error shown is:
