Hello, I'm having trouble authenticating via IMAP in Outlook. The message: "Outlook can not synchronize signed folder ...@innovaconnect.com.br. Error: Connection to the server is not available. " Can someone help me? Thank you.
"Google could not verify..." message on my emails
Hello, When i send emails to a gmail address, gmail shows a Question mark, with a message "Google could not verfy that mydomain.com has sent this message". This looks pretty bad. How can we fix this? Thanks
Changing url for email
Just started setting this up for my group today. Looks like all emails are @zoho.com. How can I change the URL to reflect mycompany.com? Can't find this anywhere in the help section. Thanks.

Dear sir/madam, I use a personal Zoho email account, to which I forward email from another domain. Since about 12 hrs ago, these emails have all been bouncing, with the error message: 552 5.1.1 <brenthuisman@zoho.com> Mailbox delivery failure policy error I have not changed any configuration on either Zoho or the account that is forwarded to Zoho. Hi - I get a notice / invitation email from LinkedIn and when I go to accept or view profile all my emails disappear and I'm left with a blank screen. I have to refresh my inbox to bring my emails back. What the heck is up with that? Has been going on for awhile now - Thank you! SL
Saving email addresses
Hi, Im trying to save email addresses into Zoho so that when i type up a new email Zoho will recognise the email address and input it in for me (this was automatically done with my Yahoo.account). Currently I have to manually type in the email address each time i want to send an email. Even if i have used that email address before. Is there a way soho can save each new email address used? Outlook IMAP/SMTP very slow
Hello there, I have been using Zoho mail at work since 2012. In the last year I've been experiencing an ever-increasing slowdown when using Zoho mail through Outlook 2010. Moving emails from one folder to another initially took about 5 seconds and would occasionally error. Trying again usually worked. But now moving emails can take up to 30 seconds and errors are more common. Similarly, sending emails can lockup Outlook for up to a minute. I even had to increase the server timeout delay
Message count on the folder name
Zoho Mail Team, Can you indicate the number of messages on each folder on the folder name itself (on the tree)? Sent-email content not getting displayed to the receiver
Hi, I am having an issue with the content of the emails I am sending, it is not getting displayed. I type my content and send the email. However the email reaches without content: the whole content area is empty as if I did'nt write aything. The first few words of the content appear on the email title but only on the receiver's inbox, and not when opening the email. Anyone can help me fix this please? I swear I am sober. Thanks.

Pop Up on Outlook
My IMAP account on outlook keeps giving this pop up message. I enter my password and it still keeps popping up. My emails continue to function properly with mails being received and being sent. But this keeps popping up!!! The server for account "_____@______.co" returned the error "[ALERT] Your account is temporarily blocked for IMAP use. Mail from myself to myself?
Hello, Is it possible for my account to have been hacked or have a virus? I have received a mail in my zoho mail from my own zoho email address with an attachment. I did not send it to myself and was very confused so I checked the file and its just a bunch of words/code/whatever you call it.

Why don't you need two separate app specific passwords for imap and smtp?

Unable to send mail using Alpine mail client
I've configured Alpine according to a post on the Arch Linux wiki and getting mail via IMAP is working fine. However, for the life of me, I can't SEND mail through the SMTP server! Greetings New to "running" the company email system, we swpped over from verizon to our own domain name, vanzyverden.net.
