Existing Alias
I added an e-mail address alias to my main user account and then I decided I wanted to use that alias as a separate user completely. I cannot find a way to delete an existing alias. Everytime I click on show alias in the control panel that other e-mail address shows up with no way to delete it.
Setup Hotmail Live account in Zoho
Hello I want to setup my hotmail (Live) account in Zoho. However, I keep getting an error message, that I should log in to my account via a web browser to verify my account. I don´t understand this. Can You please explain what I am supposed to do? Thank You in advance!!! Jan

I would like to change my primary mail but it seems to be so complicated for me. I am thinking about delete my current account and reopen the new one using the same domain that I am using right now. Is this possible to do so or after deleting, i will not able to use the same domain ? Thank you for your time

I will not be recommending this service anymore, in fact I am going to be telling people NOT to use the Zoho mail because I keep getting more and more SPAM in my INBOX!!!!!!!!!!!! I tolerated some SPAM although I would almost never see any SPAM in my Gmail INBOX, but it's getting ridiculous, including suspect web development offers from Indian companies!!!! I was never ever getting those in my GmailInbox! I'm looking now for alternative, it's not worth the money or even FREE if I have to keep deleting
Email - Check for new Messages, Does not work!
Is there anything that can be done about this? Check for new Messages every 3 5 10 15 20 25 30 45 60 minutes Maximum number of emails per cycle (should be between 20 to 200.) I am not sure if this feature ever worked in Zoho, it seems like we have been manually refreshing to get new emails for as long as we have been using Zoho ( 5 Years ). Any tips on how to improve this. I had it set to 3 minutes and that never worked. Thanks Steve

I have set the MX Records already, as well as my DNS. I still can't receive any e-mails from anyone. I did use the mxlookup tool, it seems okay, but I can't seem to pinpoint what the problem is. Your help is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Not receiving email
Hi I have set up email accounts using zoho mail on our domain bizzbuddy.co.za. I have verified the domain and I have set up the mx records. Yet still no email. I have tested 2 accounts (peter@bizzbuddy.co.za and leon@bizzbuddy.co.za) and sent from 2 different accounts. all the forum responses only cover these 2 points so don't know what else to do.

Again Not receiving emails on Outlook 2016
Last week I stopped receiving emails from my IMAP account from Zoho on Outlook 2016. The only solution was deleting the account on Outlook and creating it again....problem fixed after trying to fix it for 3 days, had no help from Zoho....again I am having this problem today. Any solutions from Zoho? Or do I have to open an account on another email service?
Auto SPAM filter
I am new to Zoho mail and have noticed that even though I have not set up any spam filters, blacklists etc, I am still getting mail put into my SPAM folder. Those emails are in fact SPAM so there must be an auto SPAM service doing this. My questions then are: What exactly is the auto SPAM detection service and how does it work? mail not propagated even after 48 hours
Hello I just sent an email to support, but we need to resolve this issue asap therefore opening a ticket here as well. We switched over to zoho mail two days ago, but even after 48 hours, on mxtoolbox.com it shows that our email is hosted on godaddy. Today, I started receiving issues where I can not sent email via outlook. I can receive emails on my account, however. I am connected smtp.zoho.com using SSL over port 465. Is anyone else having the same problem?
switching between two domains' inboxes -- how to?
I've just set up my second domain (as I've just registered a new company). Both domains exist under my original Zoho account. I want to keep the two domains inboxes separate from each other, but be able to easily swop viewing from one to the other. I can't see how to be logged into domain 1, but able to click anywhere to switch over to domain 2. Am I missing something obvious?
email being bounced back to sender
Contacts are telling me they are sending me emails with pdf attachments and they are being bounced back. The files are a total of 28.5MB surely this can not be to big of a file to receive. Please tell me what is the issue as I used to receive this same email with the same attachments from the same sender last week but this week I can not.

Hi, I wanted to update my password change from my Gmail account and Zoho Preferences told me that the web login failed. "Try New Version" rich text compose seems broken
If I switch to the "new version" of zoho mail then send a message, most of the text doesn't show up on gmail or even on zoho's own mail viewer. If I go in and view the source of the message, the text is there, but the html associated with it is malformed in such a way that the message is not readable in html mode. Hello, My company site has a form that will send an email to me when it's filled out. I'm getting connection reset errors when I try to SSL connect to smtp.zoho.com. I know that the username and password are correct; I use them to get my mail on a daily basis. I know that the code invoking the email is correct since it worked when I was with dreamhost. Random E-Mail disappear
Hey guys, for some reason our e-mails randomly do not get send. Around 50% of sent e-mail are never received for unknown reason. It seems like in most cases it hits e-mails with an attachment. Those are most likely PGP key files. We can see the e-mails are in the "sent" folders in the web zoho panel, but the receiver does not get this e-mail. Not in spam, nothing. Any idea is welcome!
