Hi, I log into my account with the given email address but when i compose a mail in the from dialogue box email address is 1409971642047_41270953 <1409971642047_41270953@zoho.com> I am not able to get mails on the account from which I log in.

Hi Zoho I linked my zoho account to a domain I registered with Wordpress.com. I can send emails using the account, but not receive them. How do I rectify this? Thanks!

Can't access mail function after logging in
I've tried this from both iPad and Mac-pro, in Safari, Chrome, and Dolphin. Frequently, after I log in correctly/successfully, when I click on the red "Access Zoho mail" button, the page just re-loads. Repeatedly. It seems totally random as to whether I will be able to access my email on any given day. What is causing this and how do we fix it?

Hi there, So far I'm quite impressed with the Zoho offering in handling my emails, it seems a lot more complete than my previous hosting. That said, there is one activity that I'm struggiling to configure, and I hope someone can shed some light on this. My account has a catch-all account set up so that I can get all my email aliases delivered there (to track organizations that pass your email on to other 3rd parties) but I have one or 2 'incoming email accounts that I do not want to receive any emails
Getting "The email address is already registered with another account." message on brand new domain
Hi - I have recently bought my domain www.talkingtomymother.com through squarespace and successfully setup my mail with zoho. However, when I tryo to create the address info@talkingtomymother.com or add it as an alias, I get the message "The email address is already registered with another account which is not a part of this organization." I would not expect this message, since the domain is 100% brand new and it has no email addresses associated. The email address has been added to the "invitations"

Mail forwarding with delay
Hi! I'm seeing a lot of delay before a mail gets forwarded since last week or something like that. Not all of them are delayed the same: most of them are delayed only for a few minutes, but, for example, I just got a forwarded mail that was received 40 minutes earlier. Is there any known issue that could be related to this or should I open a ticket? Thanks!
Where are old emails?
Hello, I am wondering where my old emails are. I am using zoho mail for about three years now. However in Outlook and I can only scroll down to 1st January of this year. In the Web App I can only find the last two month, also with the search option. The "Archive" folder is empty. Until now I did not have an archive rule. Any ideas?

Hello, When I attempt to register the domain halocraft.cf for my email hosting, it just briefly says "Loading" and then goes away, and does nothing. By the way, I do own halocraft.cf. I have successfully registered .cf domains before, so I am wondering why this does not work. I own halocraft.cf. Sending emails with Zoho Mail and Gitlab
Hi, I was using Gitlab as development environment for my company. One of the features of Gitlab is send emails when a interaction happens in the portal. There is not going to be a lot of emails but I want to use a Zoho email account to handle that email delivery. zoho mail stopped receiving emails
All users (5) for my company have not been receiving emails for almost 24 hours. I have troubleshot by sending from zoho - to - zoho, from yahoo - to - zoho, from gmail - to - zoho with very little luck. I am receiving 1 out of every 10 emails sent to my zoho account and all my employees are experiencing the same issue. Please help

Outgoing email blocked but can't email support like it says to because it is blocked!
I am on vacation, emailed a few pics from my zoho mail and now I'm blocked and it said to email support so I tried but it won't send because I used too much data! How do I remedy this? I also have to send some pics and files while away. Is normal? This is the first time I encountered this in a couple of years of using zoho. Can this be fixed or do I have to login to an old email account and use a different service. Please help! Thank you for your time.
ActiveSync issues - not syncing!
Hello I have emailed support, but just in case anyone has had a similar issue or can help really quickly. I migrated this morning to Zoho...presuming that ActiveSync would just function as normal (I have other work accounts on activesync ) on my Blackberry. However it doesn't. It downloaded my previous which was fine but refuses to sync my contacts or calendar. Also new mails don't come in. I discovered that sync interval was on manual so turned off Push and it got my latest emails. however
How to stop someone from "sending mail as" your Zoho account
Hello, A person at my organization had access to one of our Zoho email accounts. She set up her personal Gmail account to send mail as the Zoho account. The person no longer works for us, and I'm worried she still has the potential to send mail as our organization from her personal account. Is there a way I can change this? It appears that Gmail does not require password authentication to send mail as another account, so changing the password on the Zoho account will not work. Thanks, Maria

We are trying to contact QQ Email administrators in several ways, through Email, filling up their forum etc. We are still awaiting a response from them in this regard. Draft messages disappearing
Our draft messages are disappearing! If you create a draft message and leave "from" and "subject" fields blank, write some text, then save it and exit, the message will be saved in draft folder properly. The issue occurs when you reopen this message from draft folder, modify it and save & exit again. The message will just disappear! This weird behavior affects only Thunderbird (versions 24/31). Mac OS X Mail is ok. Could someone help me, please?
Cant register new paid domain
Hello, When I attempt to register the domain eficob.cl i get a message that you cant proccess my request. I have successfully registered paid . cl domains before, so I am wondering why this does not work. I own eficob.cl I know that zoho blocked some free domains, but as .cl domains are paid and are the only one for my country Chile, hope zoho can unblock that. IMAP error message
As of a few hours ago, my Outlook IMAP account is not able to connect. I get an error message about Invalid credentials. I did not make any changes leading up to this, so I'm not sure why it suddenly isn't working. Note: webmail is working. If this is on Zoho's end, can you please fix as soon as possible? "Problem occured while adding event" in Zoho Mail
I've received several webinar invitations where the .ics calendar file is attached to the e-mail. In Zoho Mail, I'm presented with the option to "Add Event," but when I click it, I get the following error notification (see attachment as well): "Problem occured while adding event." Attached is the e-mail header and I've left the e-mail in my inbox in case that is of any assistance to you. Update: I've noticed that the event is successfully created in my calendar, despite the error.

Sporadically Bouncing Email
Hi, I have a domain that is hosted on godaddy, and points to zoho. (rigden.ca) Starting today, it has sporadically been bouncing emails to folks, usually reporting a 553 error. Whenever I send myself a test email from an offsite account, it seems to go through, just my luck, but I know for a fact it is sporadically bouncing. This is rather infuriating since it seems to trickle in randomly, and might have been going on for longer than 24 hours (though I don't believe so). I really need to get this

Webmail does not load with dns redirect of mail.mydomain.com
I want to have mail.<mydomain>.com redirect to mail.zoho.com. I have set up the DNS CNAME entry in GoDaddy's control panel and when I type mail.<mydomain>.com it redirects properly to mail.zoho.com. The problem is that it does not load anything? Nothing, nada, zilch. I did a view source and there is nothing there in the document. Not a header or anything. I've tested in both Chrome and FireFox. Locked out of Zoho Mail
Please unlock my Zoho Mail. I am using Outlook 2013 with IMAP and yesterday it started taking forever to sync with my Zoho mail account. Unfortunately you keep blocking me so the process cannot finish and I get an error from Outlook saying that my provider is blocking IMAP access due to excessive use. I have been unlocking it from the control panel but now the control panel says I've unlocked too many times in past 24 hours. I don't understand what is going on but please restore my access permanently.
