Calendar Invites Don't appear
Hi, I have a team of 8 people, and two of them send me invites, and I accept them. The meeting does not show on my calendar? What is the problem? Thanks, Rich

Hi! When I'm reading Mails in the thread view it would be very good if I could see if I already read them. I'm reading several high traffic mailinglists (several hundred mails per day) with threads that consists of 40 to 70 mails. In this case this feature would be very fine. Michael
Validator Exception? Help!
I'm receiving the following when I try to send email. I realize it must have something to do with the certificate of the domain I'm sending to but I don't know how to fix it. I'm trying to send to a coworker and I have my pop account set up in zoho. I have a business that wants to use Zoho but they don't want to have to click the fetch button to get mail.....this is the only thing holding them back from using Zoho....is this going to change soon....I hope??????
Draft messages
Hallo, Help: I have discovered that when I am composing a message, <TAB> cycles the cursor through the address and subject lines and finally to the text composition box, but a further press puts it into what seems to be a "draft" mode. I can find no way then of sending the message since the toolbar for that has disappeared. Moreover returning to compose to start again shows the toolbar fleetingly but then it disappears. How should I recover from that? At the moment the only way I can "escape"

Can no longer add attachments from my computer
You just upgraded mail with the option to add attachments from Google docs, that's great except we can no longer add attachments from our own computer. The only option for adding attachments is from zoho docs or google docs. This needs an immediate fix!!!

Adding calendar invitations from Outlook directly
Hi! :) Thx for adding more and more features to zoho. But I'd still like to have another ;) From time to time I get appointments from Outlook. If it would just send the ics files (like other clients do) it wouldn't be a problem but it just sends these nice javascript links to add the event to your calendar. Unfortunatelly this is not working for me. I noticed that the link "View My Calendar" already works. (javascript:viewCal();) It would be pretty cool if you could get the 'Add to My Calendar'

I don't receive all mails from my server!!
I have the same mail setup in Outlook and Zoho for one mail account, the same mails that I receive in outlook I don’t receive in Zoho mail and that is obviously a big obstacle in transferring in whole to Zoho. I think that Zoho is great if only somebody could help me with this problem. thx
can't change Zoho Mail account for personalisation
Hi, I'm hoping someone can help me - I've spend hours trying to fix this!! In Zoho mail and accounts I have changed default ID. However, when I'm in Mail/Settings/ the 'personalize' tab to the right of the 'common settings' tab still shows my old address. When I click on Theres an option to add a POP account - Common Settings/Pop Accounts the only address listed is the old address. I'm really confused as I have deleted this old email address from Zoho mail and accounts. Any help much appreciated
Managing two people as one contact
Hi ZoHo! Just got started with ZoHo Personal, find it very useful. One comment on the Contacts feature. I have many personal contacts who share details such as address, phone number, etc. Typically married or flat-sharing friends and relations. However, ZoHo does not let me manage these as one contact. receiving mail takes long
hi, i like zoho mail, the only thing that bothers me is the time it takes to actually receive a mail. I wrote a testmail from a gmail account to my zoho mail and it took at least more than half an hour before it was shown in zoho mail. This is a big issue for me, because I need to get emails instantly, seconds after they've been sent, just like (almost) all other email services. Do you have the same problems or is it just a configuration issue?

Hi. I deleted a user account with a email (e.g. 123@abc.com) but tried create a new user account using the same email (123@abc.com) again. But control panel give a message that the email is existing and hence did not allow me to use the same email again. Please help.
Why can't I send emails?
I have added two email accounts. One through my personal domain, and another though shaw.ca. I am receiving emails from both accounts without any problems, however I cannot send. Both accounts give me the message "Reason 550 #5.1.0 Address Rejected (name@gmail.com) or (name@shaw.ca) or any other recipient I try to send it to. Any ideas?

Fetch mail via Pop3 from other account but do not delete mails
Hi! I would like to fetch mails from another Pop3 account into my Zoho-mail-account. I saw the form, but no choice for leaving the mail on the external server or deleting it. Is there a choice? Bug in Import Contacts
When I chose to Import Contacts from a CSV from http://www.inbox.com/, even when there are 386 contacts, it says 1012 contacts imported. It is trying to import single quotes, double quotes etc in the addressbook.
