Categories for contacts within personal groups
This would be an extremely helpful feature for those of us who don't need a full-fledged CRM (yet), but need to organize hundreds or thousands of shared contacts.
Contacts Search
When searching for a contact under the Contacts interface in Zoho Business. It appears that only the full name and email address are searched. Is there a way to search against all information in the contact record (company, state, zip, etc...)?
Projects in Business
Is there a way to add the Zoho Projects application to Zoho Business so that we can have them all in once place?
Receiving mail taking too long
Hi, Since configuring Zoho Mail to use my domain (play2improve.com) I have noticed that mail seems to take forever to arrive in my Inbox (often 2-3 hours later than it was sent). I don't have this problem with sending e-mail, which works instantly. I was wondering if the problem was caused by Zoho or something else. I recently moved the website hosting for the domain over to a new provider (JustHosts from GoDaddy), but the domain itself is still hosted by GoDaddy. I really need to solve this problem
I am new to Zoho
I only posted one test post in the Business section, and it says that it is still awaiting moderation. It's kind of hard to get up to speed in some of these apps if one is ignored. I was able to find the prices and features for paid Zoho, by Google searching, but not in the FAQs of Zoho itself. MS Office for MAC Reduces my Zoho Screen Font
I downloaded and installed MS Office 2008 for the MAC. For a while I lost all visibility to my email. I had to log out and back in. How do you add a contact in your "safe list?"
Even though I added an email address to my contacts list and created a filter to send emails from this sender directly to a specific folder, their emails keep being filtered to my Spam folder. I've marked their messages "Not Spam" and have been moving it for over a month now, but this is still happening. Their email is a Yahoo! account, so I'm pretty sure it is not being sent through a distribution list. Can someone tell me if this can be fixed? Thanks!
New mail alert for messages filtered directly to sub folders
I filter some of my messages directly to sub folders. The problem is that if there are new messages filtered to these sub folders, I won't know there are new messages because the root folder doesn't add the new messages contained in the sub folders. Also, I can't set the default view to expand all folders. For instance, in the screenshot below, there are 6 new messages in my Inbox, but it doesn't account for the 2 new messages in my Memberships folder. Instead, Inbox should say I have 8 new messages.
Mail to more email adresses (mail list)
Hello! I am new to Zoho and i have a question. I did search the forum, but could not find a answer. In gmail i have made a group (mail list) with all the sport team members' email adresses. it is called "Sport" When i want to send a email to all, i just type "Sport" in the adres area and it will select automatically all the email adresses of that group. Archiving emails to Contacts email history
I use gmail as well as Zoho CRM. I want to be able to archive Or 'file" the emails that come in in the contact's email history. Does anyone know if this is available in either CRM, gmail or Mail?
Not able to attatch Zoho Doc to mail

Email Templates?
I see that I can create a blank email template it saves in the template folder. Question: How do I use this? I have lots of email that I'm replying to that I would like to insert this template but don't see what buttons I can use to insert this? Thanks, Dave
can't find the account details--zoho business

What Am I doing Wrong?
Perhaps I just don't know what I'm doing: I can't access the copy or data on any of my applications any more: Two Writer Documents shared to me have no text when I try to load them. Both are completed documents on the end of the person sharing them to me Two databases have no data in them when I open them. The forms are there, as are the tables, but no data. The copy or the data was saved, but it just vanished. Is there some secret to opening these things in some way that they are useable?
Test email account functions
Hi, I'm testing email exporting and importing functions and came across this error message in trying EXPORT.... Export for Sent has been scheduled. Download URL will be mailed to undefined once export is complete. "undefined"=== does that mean it doesn't know where to send the URL, and if so, how can we solve this issue? Thanks anyone, Rich
Customized logon page stopped working
Hi, during the last couple of weeks there's been intermittent access problems with the customized logon page at http:\\business.mydomain.com Now it stopped working altogether. The only way to logon is to to go to business.zoho.com and logon from there. Please advice Thanks beforehand Ed
Viweing email attachments using Opera as the browser
Opera 10.0 When ~I try and open an email attachment, eg a word doc in Zoho Writer instead of downloading it then I get sent to a page with the following message: Frame content not displayed Cannot display content. Download mydoc.doc. Generated by Opera.Any ideas?
EMail IDs
Hi, During testing I created a few email id's and then deleted them. I now need to be able to use them again. Could you allow me to reuse the following names @ meetzer.co.uk david, kenny, kenny.tsang, john Infact, the only ID in use just now is david.mckay@meetzer.co.uk, so all other meetzer.co.uk IDs can be deleted for reuse. IP Restrictions for your team in Zoho Business
We posted a request in the CRM forum asking how we can restrict our users to certain IP addresses. We got an email response from NS Perumal saying that you are working on new administration features for Zoho CRM and for now we should use IP team restrictions in Zoho Business. We have looked at every option in Zoho business and cannot find this option. Can you please tell us where this control is located in Zoho Business?
When will IMap be out o Beta testing?
Hi, IMAP has been in testing since early June. Any idea when it will be released? I realise that I could apply to join the test, but I am reluctant to commit a business critical application like email to an application that is still being tested. Archived Mail Discussion thread lost
I noticed that when I 'archive' emails, they lose their 'conversation grouping' or 'view related emails' button. Why does this happen? Chandresh
Atach a new User to a Valid Email Address
Hello Guys, I have an issue when I try to configure a mail address from a user in control panel. I have my domain "vcast.com.br" atached with my account and when I try to configure the mail for this user like 'username@vcast.com.br' the system said that this email already have be registred for another user. How can it be? Even with my domain? I tried to delete the user account and recreate it but unsuccessfully. Thanks for the excelent tool and I'm in charge waiting for a solution for that problem.

Post an email directly into a new contact form.
Outlook has a feature where you can click, drag, and drop an email message onto the contact folder and a new contact form will open with certain fields populated. These populated fields include information from the email message. Are they any plans to allow Zoho Mail messages to be dropped directly onto the Contact Folder, or a click action that will perform this Outlook function? Would be nice to have! AntiSpam Setting Problem
I had 350 emails in my Spam folder and I needed to "Search" those emails so I had to "Not Spam" them to get them into the Inbox. Now I have 350 Spam emails "White Listed" in the AntiSpam section of Settings. I can only delete one at a time and then "SAVE" if I delete more than 1 and then hit SAVE it comes back with INPUT ERROR. How can quickly remove 350 from the "White List". Thank you. George

Zoho Business Feature
Since users are working using the various apps tabs on the left side of the screen, and emails are being received while using other apps, wouldn't it be awesome to have the number of new emails to show up next to the Mail icon? I know we have the little sticky pop up thing at the bottom right, but not all of us will click on mail as soon as we get that notice. Mails may build up before we check, but with an indicator of how may new ones, at least we know how many it's been since we checked. This

Gmail Messages not Deleting from the Server
I have the Zoho option set on my gmail pop account to delete message from the server when they are deleted from Zoho. When I log into my gmail account directly via Google, the messages that I deleted in the Zoho pop mail interface are still appearing in my gmail account. Is this a known bug?
Syncing the address book/how much storage/timeformat

Can we move emails from POP to regular zoho account?

Adding a Pop Account with Port 28
I would like to add my pop account but it uses Port 28. Zoho Mail is telling me that it does not support Port 28. Does that mean I'm out of luck? There must be something I can do, right?
