Imported logo into business showing up ontop of zoho logo.
Hi, When I access ZoHo mail through business everything is fine. If I use the regular zoho email on your home page my imported logo shows up ontop of the Zoho logo. Not a big deal but I thought you guys should know.. Thanks

When you click on doc write icon you get this Server Error Occurred. Hi, I am evaluating your product as a potential replacement to our corporate MS Office/Sharepoint environment...I must say that so far I am impressed! A couple of improvements would go a long way to helping make this transition a smoother process: 1) Active Directory/Single Signon integration 2) A way to import information from MS Exchange and/or Outlook (calendar, e-mail, contacts, tasks etc) 3) Second the comment made by somebody else for Blackberry sync / Blackberry Enterprise Server (aka BES)
Relay Access Denied
When I send a email I get the message "relay access denied" How can I rectify this?
Tasks definitely not working at all
Can't add a task at all, can't even specify who its assigned to, can't specify category neither. On top of that I personally have lost all the tasks previously held in ZB before the recent changes - very frustrating and annoying! I also lost all my documents when Zoho switched over to ZB from ZM. I appreciate that you are in beta but to try out your products means using for real, and that means tasks, documents, etc, that I need and rely on. unable to add folder.
i click on new folder icon and the text box appears. there is a delete button beside it. No add button. So I was assuming after i types the new folder name and clicked outside of the box. it would create the folder. Then i clicked to add another new folder. It said addtab "folder1", whre folder 1 is name of folder i created first. It means its not able to create new folders. Please tell me what to do.

Hi, I have a email that consist of many replies back and forth (I know its bad form to have more than two embedded in the email but their support ticket kept adding the old stuff back on) and after a while the email will no longer display. I can only view it by going to the 'More Options" and clicking "Show Original". Is there some limit on the length that can be displayed in the preview or pop-up. Tasks - Details not showing
I've been having a ton of problems with the Task list... The one where I couldn't add a task seems to be resolved but now when I view the complete list of tasks, the top several don't show up. What I mean is, I can see the date and the blue button but the TEXT has disappeared in the details unless I open each individual task independently. (I've attached a .jpg of the problem) I am using the latest version of IE and I also hit "refresh" to see if that would make the text appear -- it didn't. Also,
How close are we to getting some sync for calendars?
Hi, How close are we to getting some sort of sync (external or internal) for all of the zoho calendars so they are not islands of information (planner, crm and business calendars). I know there is a big upgrade in the works, not sure if connecting all of the calendars is the upgrade Sridhar has talked about? Add a side reading pane
Have you considered adding the option to have a reading pane on the side in addition to the one you already have on the "split" screen or bottom? This is an option in Outlook and for the growing number of users that have widescreen monitors, putting the reading pane on the side is more useful than putting it on the bottom. Thanks, James

Favicon.ico is missing from business and causes busy..
Hi, This is a minor thing but it does looks funny when the business page is loaded. The ZoHo favicon icon is missing when the page is loaded and it causes the site to look like it loading forever (at least in Firefox it appears to time out and show a blank favicon icon after some long time period). I assume either something is wrong the pointer for the 'favicon.ico' file, or the file is missing from the referenced directory. Also I didn't notice this before I set the portal URL to my company name
Unable validate domain?

prioritizing tasks?
In the Palm OS I was able to prioritize tasks, i.e. 1, 2, 3, up to 5, on the same day. It would be nice to have this ability within your task manager. Or better yet to be able to move tasks around on that day. jasonod

Hi, It would be real nice to be able to add filters to incoming email and have mail moved to the appropriate folder based on a filter. I know you have labels but its not the same - I cannot use them to move similar/'match to filter' emails to a designated folder. If you need an example of this please see Mozilla Thunderbird. Thanks
When are the calendar enhancements coming to business
Hi, I see that there has been some changes in Zoho Business last night but it does not appear the calendar changed (at least on the front end). Any idea when the enhanced calendar will implemented. I assume this will allow the outlook plugin to sync the calendar, contacts and tasks. Although I hate Outlook I will use it if this is the only way to get the contacts, calendar and tasks sync between business and Zoho CRM... Thanks

Customise Desktop
I think the desktop is handy but I'm unsure how it is liked to the available tools. For example a few of the different tools have reminders, Planner, Calendar, Groups etc but I actually can't find which updated the desktop reminder area. It would be great to customise the Desktop with a more synchronised grouping of all notes, Tasks, Events etc together. Or if I add an app like Planner or Invoice the ability to add a summary to the desktop for these if I need. Thanks

zoho, thanks again for everything so far, it is stil proving invaluable..... Just a few things. 1. I have assigned new categories to events. However when I edit them they automatically return to 'general' category after I have painstakingly changed them all and have to reassign them every time I edit. I would like to reassign them only when I want to so would it be possible to leave the default to which ever category I have manually assigned it until I give it further notice in the edit. Zoho looked good... but it seems Zoho Business excludes email - or at least there is no link that I can find. Eventually found 'Zoho Mail' as a separate app. but it's not accepting sign-ups. Minus the email, everything else is a bit irrelevant really - how do I get email into Zoho Business? Without this, there is no point considering it for my company... so I'll end up with Google if there is no email. Thanks Matt
Problem with Time Zone in email remainders
In remainders received by email, the time format looks like this: From : Fri, 09 May 2008 12:30:00 -0400 To : Fri, 09 May 2008 13:00:00 -0400 First problem is that I selected (GMT-05:00) Eastern Time (US & Canada) in Calendar settings and the remainder indicates -04:00 Second, is there a way to show the time for my time zone directly - in this case 09:30 am to 10:00 am ? Overall Experiance with Zoho Mail
Hi, I have been using Zoho from past more than a month. My feedback is below: Issues: 1. Inbox is not refreshing properly. 2. Emergency maintenance should be avoided. 3. After going to Task or any other tab you are not able to come directly to email you have to go to desktop and then goto email. 4. On right hand side combo message selection in not working in correct way it is always taking next n messages on changing number instead it should keep existing message and add new to it. 5. Composing a mail is slow
hi When i compose a new mail, a new pop up window is loaded(slowly which is irritating). Why cant it be pre populated (it is static data)so that it is like a show/hide div. As of now user will have to wait after clicking compose, then page loads from server, which i think is unnecessary. Thanks Subin
