Synchronization Options
Hi, I was wondering if it was possible to sync VO to another calender, I have read of the upcoming outlook plugin and I'm keen on testing it, but by now, is there anything I missed? What about iCal, RSS/XML... ? Can you give me a hint where to find a guide how to do some kind of this stuff? Actually I 'need' something to remote-sync my ppc with, but as this seems to be possible with exchange activesync only, I am thinking about solutions with an intermediate or 2, e.g. VO -> RSS -> RSS4Outlook ->

3.1 SP1 Issue
Hello there. I just upgraded the the just released SP1 for 3.1. Using Firefox which so far the Emptying Trash and SPAM folder bug is fixed (Thanks guys!), but now when I select several messages (around 80 in this case) the VO workspace locks up after putting the messages in the Trash folder. The only thing I have been able to do is close the browser and reopen it and all is well again. When I get a bunch of messages that can be deleted I'll give it another try. Any Plans to merge CRM/VO/Writer
Are there any plans to merge the ZOHO range? CRM Virtual office Writer Would be great to have a good email package in the CRM like VO Email that could save incoming emails against contacts or accounts. The Writer could be used to save docs in the VO docs repository and sales reps could use to merge proposals or product brochures with accounts or Contacts that could then be attached to the contact or account record.
I give up! Can't access the VO Server from networked comp.
Hello Everyone!! I have the VO server up and running on 1 machine. It is fantasic, exactly what I'm looking for in a contact manager. BUT..... I have tried for the last 4.5 hours to figure out how to access the VO server from a networked computer, no luck! I tried: changing the server name to vo, the IP address - nothing adding the IP address to the DMZ in my router - nothing adding the port range to my router - nothing re-installing - nothing I have read almost every post on this forum and tried

VO extra features
Chaps Thinking about rolling out VO to more of my users, but a couple of things i would like to suggest. 1. Having the IM option for users as a selectable admin feature so only specific users can IM 2. Some form of logging, so admin user has some visability of when people log in and out and who is using VO most etc. Been playing with the SSH/browsing service pack that you have done and the prerelease version is looking good (cant wait for the finished ver), I know this is asking more, but can it

Error on opening files after a back up restore
I had to restore a back up of the virtual office which seems to have worked except for the group documents now can not be viewed online, an error comes up and says "Unable to process request" Is there a way to correct this? Thanks

Reinstallation ???
hi, My windows just crashed and I have reinstalled windows and Vo was Installed on a different drive and some I manage to run it from bin directory but its not running as usaul on server it is running as dos window ( my users have no problems) like Vo icon near time. how can I get it running again as usual ??? should I reinstall it over the same directory and my data will remain same or it will over write the previous Is there any other method to get normal running ??
chkconfig support startup script
All, I used the startup script posted elsewhere in this forum and it works well for manual usage. service zohovo start ... ect The problem is that it is not compatible with chkconfig therefore cannot be autostarted at bootup. Does anyone know what the chkconfig values in the script should be set to so I can chkconfig --add zohovo? install in local
note to moderator: i have just tryied to install in local but: - asks me my id and so on.. but i have downloaded a free version so do not have all this info... another thing - the Virtual office is making noises (demo version) ... that means, every few minutes, i can hear a little "click", and "click" and this makes me crazy ;) the good point is that you have created a beautiful and handy program but because of this ... noises i would not be able to stand them - sorry for this nevertheless, i wish
Virtual Office Not loading
I have attempted to install (and reinstall) Zoho VO 3 at least 3 times today. I always seem to get hung up when it tries to load Zoho Group Discussions, ie, it hangs. Any ideas of how to fix this problem? I'd like to try to demo the product but it's a little fruststrating to spend an hour trying to install the product. Thanks for your help.

I have tried Zoho Virtual Office before and had a friend help me connect it to one of my dell computers at my office. I later uninstalled, just cause I also used this box to work on. My question is, what 3rd party web hosting company would allow me to install this zoho office. or what type of web hosting services do I need? Thank you for the wonderfull Virual Office Is it possible to copy events in the calendar? I have many of the same events on different dates. If not may I ask you to implement in the future. problem with login/pass
I created the company, entered root login/pass, logged out and i cant enter with this just created login. BEfore this i uninstalled Zoho, becouse i have got the same problem but after using it normally for a few hours. Now i created login with name wich was before unistall and new install and it doesnt work. Ive tryed all the ways. Please help me! (sorry for my English)

Hi. I'm having a problem with "webfolder" feature. On clients running Windows XP, the webfolder is running great. But when I try to use webfolder on clients running Windows 2000, I cannot use it. I go to "My Network Places", I click on "Add Network Place" and I give the URL as shown in the wizard window, e.g. http://IP/webfs/files/group_name/user_name , but the response is "the folder is invalid" What should I do ? Do not have admin option
I have downloaded and installed the Virtual Office and have spent two days now trying to get the program to let me change the IP address. It keeps defaulting to the lan address and I want to set it up for internet access. I don't have the option: Settings-->System Settings-->ZohoVO Server Host Name I am logged in as administrator, that is the only thing I have set up. I installed a personal edition. Does that make a difference? I have tried everything imaginable. But nothing seems to work. I know
