A user is considered as inactive, if the user has not logged in to the Zoho mail account for a period of more than 120 days. Can't receive email; Alias Email Id already exists
So I created a Zoho account yesterday, added it to my domain CNAME yesterday, verified it with Zoho today, and created several email accounts using this domain and Zoho today. But when I send a test email to the emails, I don't receive them. I searched this problem within the Zoho support forums and saw a user was told to create an Alias Email Id in the control panel. I went to do this and for each email under the "Mailbox Alias" section there is no alias listed, but when I click "Add new Alias"
Boomerang type add on for Zoho Mail
Gmail has many add ons that do things like send an email at a designated time, return an unanswered email to the inbox at a designated time, etc. Do you know of anything like this that works with Zoho Email? I signed up for paid business email. I am the only user at this time. I would like to have a personal mailbox and a business mailbox under the same user (myself). If I understand correctly, alias email addresses will all go to the same mailbox and will not be separate. I tried to add myself as 2 users but it won't let me add myself twice. I'm new to using Zoho for mail and struggling on Android. I'd like a way to create reminders or tasks or just snooze an email while in the move, but the Android mail app doesn't seem do any of this.
