Hide Fields in Zoho CRM App for Android
Hi, is it possible to hide any of the fields in the CRM app for Android ? I can hide them on the web app by customising the layout but this doesn't seemto flow through to the Android CRM app layout. Thanks Chris.Tasks deadline and event alert in mobile CRM

My sales team REALLY needs to be able to see other fields besides Last & First name when scrolling through their list. The android version has the capability to group the leads and contacts by other fields and that works perfect! When does synchronization occur between the online version and the mobile app? Hi, I can see that the products is available to download for iOS and Android but not for Blackberry. From the latest comments in help section, a LOT of people is asking about this, maybe the blackberry dosen`t have the best camera or the best battery, but is still the best office tool on the market. We are trying zoho to implement it in our company. We are with CRM's free version, and have 3 activated users and with the mobile permissions OK. On having acceded from the mobile, it leaves the admin to to enter without problem, with other two users it gives us mistake User_not_active. Here is the workflow/hierarchy: A case is created and it has a task on it. A user selects the task by clicking on the subject line in the normal version of zoho crm By doing so, the user can add a note to the task. When viewing that case in the mobile version and selecting the related task, the note associated with that task is not visible. If a task is created without association to a case, and a note exists, the notes section does not exist under "related links" either. The work around is to justMobile app default server search.

Hello, I can log into my Zoho CRM account using browser (both laptop and mobile) but the same ID / password doesn't work if I try to connect to my account using Zoho CRM app for iPhone 6 (latest iOS 8.2). When I enter my ID / password, I get an error message in an alert box with the message "USER_NOT_CONFIRMED". When I click "OK" button (the only button available), I am taken back to the main sign-in screen. Do I need to do something in the settings of my account to enable mobile access? In an attempt to streamline, I have been trying to use the app for message instead of the native mail app on my iphone/ipad, to gain the retention of the trail within Zoho. Is there any way to access "Sort By" on the Android client? I want to sort by "Due Date" as I do on the web interface, because then I can have tickets sorted by due date and I know what to do during the day. Hi, Previously we set up customised fields on the Accounts Forms and Contacts Forms. And we used iPads to access Zoho CRM to update Accounts and Contacts properly. Recently we edited the name and options of some of our customised fields on the Accounts Forms. However, the iPad app is not showing and reflecting the updated field names and options.
