Marking Tasks as complete on the mobile apps is too easy to do by mistake. Is there any way to remove the checkbox next to the name and put it somewhere where its less likely to be pressed accidentally? I am sure I am not the only one with big fingers out there... This creates a real hassle as hitting complete by mistake can result in missing a key task, so this is a real big issue in my opinion. I've tried everything, but the Mobile CRM app will not sync with the server since I started using the new zoho CRM desktop platform. Error message: "Info: The records in this view are yet to be synced with the server. This may be because of scenarios like intermittent network, layout changes made on the desktop not synced with the app etc and may need manual intervention to have the addressed. You may select the respective record to view the actions to be carried out". I have not made any changesTaskz on Android not loading
Hello, I just downloaded the Taskz app, and it had the "loading" screen for several minutes. I closed and restarted the app and didn't have the problem, but as soon as I added a task, it crashed. After another restart, back to the loading screen for several minutes. It's now asked me if I want to rate the app, but is frozen on that screen. I can see from the google store that a lot of people who have managed to rate it are having the same problem. Any chance of a fix, or any advice? Thanks.Caller ID for IOS 10

Lead near me dos not displays leads on the map It is possible to choose to up to 100 ML or KM. When zooming in there is a cercle around the point on the map. I have the impression that the 100 only shows a cercle of 100 m and not 100 km or miles. My tasks aren't showing on the home screen of the CRM Android app. I have overdue tasks and none of them show up today. They only show up on the one day they're due (ie two days ago and never show again. Making it easy to forget). They don't roll over if they're not completed. I find that I am using the web app and the mobile app at the same time. When I make a change on the web, is there a way to force a refresh on the mobile app? I don't see a refresh button, so have been just clicking on a different module, then returning to the desired module, which seems to work, but would be better if there was simply a refresh button. YouShowing "related to" on mobile app
Regarding Tasks on the mobile app, the "related to" Account or Contact is not shown. This results in a very difficult to use Task list since it is not very helpful to see a list that shows a bunch of descriptions that all look similar (ie "Call", "email", "follow up", etc) So, first off, I strongly encourage Zoho to add the related to info, and second, does anyone have a suggestion on how to get around this problem currently? In the iPad app, when you take an attachment related to an account and you send it to another app to edit it and then you edit it. If you send it back to Zoho, it attaches it as a new attachment. Is there a way to overwrite the current attachment rather than creating a new attachment instead? Thanks! CraigMobile app crashing

Hi, I have a custom function setup to update various fields when Potentials are updated and it doesn't seem to ever run if a user updates a record via the app. If updates are done via a browser then its not an issue and everything works fine.Its just the App that causes the issue. I have a profile picture setup on my CRM account, and it displays in the web version. However, in the iOS version, it shows as the generic "head" icon (those users without a profile picture show up as their initials). The picture I uploaded was 450x450px. I have created a custom view with Potential Name, Account Name and a custom field. When I open this view in mobile web or even in mobile app, I don't see these field in the view. I still see Potential Name, Stage, Amount and Closure date. Am I doing something wrong or this isn't supported ? I have a user who is an admin. She is not able to see all task that we created in the Task section on the Adroid App. That task section only show her 2-3 task. I'm using the "Zoho Sheet" app on my iphone 6 (iOS 10.0.2) in parallel to the browser on the PC. Up to Tuesday or Monday it was working fine, I was able add data to the sheets when I was on the road. But since Tuesday (2016/10/11) the application hangs when I try to display a sheet, on the upper screen the rotating circle is visible with text "Verarbeitung ..." (German for "processing"). I just signed up for Zoho and imported a spreadsheet. It works fine on the computer. I downloaded the app on Android, logged in and I can see the doc. When I try to open it I get the following: "Error in loading" That's it. No other details. I copied the doc and the copy does the same thing. Still opens on the computer, but not on my phone. Hi Zoho Team, I have been running the Zoho mail app on iOS8 with an iphone 6, and after disabling push notifications once I have not been able to successfully re-enable them. I have tried: - signing out, then back in on the app itself - removing, then re-installing the app - ending all sessions in the settings section on the desktop UI - deleting all the API tokens in the settings section on the desktop UI Upon re-installing I should be prompted by iOS to allow push notifications (which I am not).Zoho CRM for iOS app: Where did my message button go?
