Tickets : Customs fields content is lost when moving from one project to another
When moving a ticket from one project (with custom fields) to another project without custom fields, the customs fields are not visible anymore. That is one issue, and it would be good to be able to keep those custom fields visible. But the worst is to come : if you then move back that ticket to the initial project it came from, then the content of the custom fields just disappeared ! you lose all the information ! That is a real bug !

Division/Unit wise concept in Zoho
Currently we have only company wise project in Zoho . Admin can see all project of whole company. If company size is small then it work better but for large organization like us, require business unit/division wise concept in Zoho. So i am requested to you please include business unit/division wise concept in ZOHO. A business unit administrator can view (as well as admin) only project related that division only - Rajneesh

How can I see the when the priority of the task have changed
When I update Pirority, date, % completed, ...of a task, the only thing I see is in "activites" is "Updated [name of the task]" whithout any description of the action. How can I see, who has updated and what was updated (previous value vs new value) ? Thanks

Hi ZOHO, We would like to generate an overview with our data in ZOHO Projects concerning: Projects per user including hours per project including projects without any logged hours. And this in one overview for all our users. This makes it popssible for us to see (per user/consultant) where he or she is busy with. Right now only admin can edit project templates, but I think as long as a user is added to the project template as manager, they can edit it too.

Hi, We currently use zoho crm, project and invoice. Many of our projects are completed by temporary contractors. Is there anyway in zoho to track our payments to these contractors? More Reminder Options
Why are the choices for when the task reminders go out so very very limited? For most of the tasks I'm assigning to people, reminding them the day before is way too late: if they haven't already started the work, it's too late. Timesheets - Suggestions to improve data entry
I've just got a few suggestions to improve the usability the 'Log time' screen for timesheet data entry. (1) Add a portal setting to allow users to type times in 24hr format instead of selecting from dropdowns in 12hr format. I find it much quicker to type times than to select from the drop-downs. There are plenty of situation when you want important milestones to be known by all projects manager, to avoid milestone collision, especially when all the project are hosted on the same server (for instance). Duplication
I am importing from MS project and also trying to work within zoho for task updates and reminders etc Every time I import I am getting duplication of tasks. This is causing mass confusion due to conflicting generations of task information from various imports Has anyone had any luck with this. Updating Dates form Task-view
Under individual projects - Tasks and milestones tab - tasks view, it's possible to change owner, priority, status, etc from the same view (without clicking on "Edit Task'), but it does not allow to change Start Date & End Date. It appears every time myself or any of our company users has to manually change their task list setting from "Status" "Open" to "Status" "All" each time the page is revisited. Forum post deleteion in Recent Activity
When a user or portal Admin deletes a forum post, the action is recorded and reported under "recent activity across all projects" and elsewhere. That is fine, but the content of the post (first few lines) is also displayed, which is not OK. Document & Contractor Permissions - What a contractor can see
Hi, We want to start letting multiple contractors log bugs and use ZOHO projects. The issue is that when they login they can see : - All Forum Posts - All Documents These contractors only work on one element of 5 and we cant let them see this.
