Issue with Attachments
I'm finding that my clients attach screen shots to their emails to create bugs and or tasks. If they simply paste the image into the email it doesn't come through. Naturally It needs to be added as an attachment instead of an embedded image. I'd love to see a change in this behavior, but cant think how you might do this but would be handy.

work task notes--automatic date (& time) stamp possible?
I often date my work task notes, which is very helpful in reviewing procedure and chronology of events. I have many notes. Is it possible to provide some sort of automatic date & time stamp or choose to insert this when you want to write in task notes?? Thanks.
Can client users see the announcements and user status updates?
Hi We are newbies in using zoho projects. We have added a client user and have all the external tasks and milestones set up. When the team posts a note, update or makes an announcement, will the client user see it? Also, how can I enable the client user to see the project calendar.

meetings variations:reschedule, cancel, on-hold
There are often times when a meeting will have to be rescheduled, cancelled or put on hold. These variations are not available with ZProjects meetings scheduling.It would be good if these variations would be provided. As is, one has no record of any of these actions--instead, one either changes the details which then become a new meeting (reschedule) or deletes it entirely (cancelled). Thanks
Restoring Wikis
Is there any way to restore Wikis if they are deleted? Additionally, are you planning on adding additional access levels? It seems like there would be a lot of use for a "read-only" access to Wikis. We post a lot of really important project info on our sites and we would like people to be able to read this information but we do not necessarily want anyone to be able to edit it.
Firefox 4.0 won't let me chat in Zoho Projects
I installed Firefox 4.0 this morning, and now when I click on team members' icons in the project Dashboard, nothing happens, no chat box appears at the bottom of the screen like normal. I opened Internet Explorer 8 and logged into the same group and was able to open a chat box for each team member even though they are offline.. I realize this means it is probably a problem with Firefox 4.0 rather than Zoho Projects, but I wanted to report it anyway in case others are thinking of downloading Firefox
Adding to Google Calendar when scheduling a meeting in Zoho Projects
Can I add a meeting to my Google Calendar when scheduling a meeting in/from Zoho Projects? I see this option in TASKS, but not Meeting. Might I be missing something? Thanks in advance for your help and reply. Robin

I currently use Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sites and Groups to collaborate with partners external to the company. I also have begun to use Zoho projects to complete projects with these partners.What is the best way to integrate Zoho and Google so that my Gmail, Google Docs, Google Calendar, Google Groups and Google Sites are incorporated with Zoho so that I can access all these apps within Zoho? Subscribed Calendar only shows meetings and no milestones or tasks
I tried subscribing to the calendars link available in "My Work Calendar" with Outlook and Google but only the meetings are showing up and not the milestones or tasks. Is this a bug? I thought it was supposed to include project tasks, milestones, and meetings. Please let me know. Thanks!

Can not add new replies into a Forum
When trying to add a new reply into an existing forum, the cursor does not appear, and it is not possible to write any comment at all. Sometimes, logging out and in, resolve the problem as a workaround, but sometimes don´t. In addition, when selecting an option or tab, we need to click twice in order to receive a response from the system. Can you help us?

User adding problem

File size limit? larger than 125?
Currently I am paying for the premium edition of zoho projects and have a problem with file size limits. I cannot upload files larger than 125mb. Is there a way to have this file size limit increased? I am using zoho projects as a way to manage video editing projects with members of our team of 20 people. Problem is 125mb is not very big when it comes to video. Maybe this is not a viable plan, im not sure yet. Thanks for the help
Bug Tracker Linking Tickets
I always get several tickets involving the same issue IE:the site is down... It would be GREAT if i could link tickets together as a single issue and notify everyone at the same time when the issue is resolved. Also adding multiple people as a reporter or CC when these issues affect an entire group/department.

Zoho Projects - New User LogIn
When a new user get invitation email from Zoho Projects, it is confusing. After a welcome message, user name is indicated as XYZ@email.com. But the real user name must be XYZ only, and not XYZ@email.com. I observed that many new users have been trapped into this trick, and cannot complete the first log in process. May I request you to improve this?

When I view "My Tasks" from "My Home", how can I sort all future tasks by date only without it being grouped into Projects?
Client permissions for Reports

Automatic resheduling...
Unless I've missed something Zoho Projects doesn't reschedule existing milestones or tasks when new tasks, with a hogher priotity, are added? This is rather annoying because you have to reschedule all the tasks manually. Also I can give one person 100 tasks the same day?

I have company role as "Manager" so I think I should have a permission to change user role at project level. work calendar filter & default
In the work calendar, the filter default appears to be set on "tasks". This I think really needs to be set to "all"--otherwise, if you're not paying attention, you can miss meetings & other important details. Thanks.
Projects - Wiki: How do you change default homepage

Gantt view issues and Internal/external Tasks questions
Hi there, Two questions: 1/ Correct me if I am wrong but it looks like the only way to have external and internal Task Lists is in the general milestone. This seems strange to me but once I create a milestone, I do have the option to make it internal or external but then all the Task lists under this milestone follows the milestones setting.
