Gantt chart date range
I've just signed up for Zoho Projects, and I'm having trouble getting the Gantt Chart report to show the full project timeline. I have tasks specified that start as early as 2/1/10 and finish on 8/1/10, but if I choose "Select Month" in the report and specify August 2010, it only shows from 4/19/10 to 8/2/10. How can I get this report to show ALL the tasks and dates I've specified? Josh

Task timer images missing
The task timer "stopwatch" is missing from the tasks. They were there about 5-8 hours ago...
Insecure Access to Projects - Invalid Certificate
When using Secure access, the Projects application does not have a valid security certificate. I have checked this in several different browsers ( Chrome 10, Firefox4, IE9 and Opera 11) and all exhibit the same behavior. Other applications such as mail, writer etc seem fine and are accessible. Work calendar task list-date & list mismatch
My work calendar shows the correct date (in the yellow highlight), yet on the right, the task list is dated as "today's tasks", which is actually the tasks for the previous day. It is correct for all other dates before "yesterday" and after "tomorrow".
Reordering Task List Items in Task List Templates
There does not seem to be anyway to reorder Task List Items with in a Template directly. There is a work around though: You can add the template to a project, reorder there, and then save as template again. It would be nice to be able to collapse the template task lists and be able to reorder them as well. wickwood
No access to task details after a search
Hi, When looking for tasks by keywords with the search at the top I get a list of results. Clicking on a task title should then take me to its details in the edit section, but it does not - I get sent to the tasks list again, (on top of that, with all tasks listed whereas I normally only show open ones, but that happens whenever I return to that list.) This is an issue for me as I often need to search tasks. Tried under both Firefox and Chrome. Running latest Firefox and Chrome on Windows 7 64bits.
Feature Question
One of the only reasons we are not using Project is that there was no ability to save dependencies in a template in the previous version. Is that now available? Drew

Is there a way to plan a Task that is less than a day's work ? Like 1/2 or 0.2 day.
Increased number of data migration/export formats
I would very much like to suggest that zoho's project portal xml export format is insufficient. I have noticed that quite a few organisations permit export to html, txt formats as well. Given the difficulties of data migration--from Zoho & more generally within the realm of IT--Zoho gets good marks.However, provision to only its own xml appears not in keeping with the original aims of Zoho, and seems to me to harken to the 'bad old days' of "captive data". Turning reorder tasks more usefull

Across-projects task retrieval less precise than project selected task retrieval??
In the 'My Open" page, is there meant to be a difference between across-projects task retrieval (default) and project-selected task retrieval, and the number & type of tasks that are retrieved?? If so, why is this?

Tasklists templates in Projects
Hi, Even though a useful feature, tasklists template remain difficult to manage. I finally found how to create a tasklist and then turn it into a template, but where can I edit or delete those templates ? After adding another task to my sample tasklist I chose again "add to template" but I now have 2 templates with similar names, and now way to know what's in which. Also, do you have or plan to have a "task template" or at least a way to duplicate a task in its owner(s) and dates ? Nice tool but

Hello, Can the task progress meter on the project dashboard be set so that it does not include tasks that have been archived? Currently, the meter includes all tasks that I have completed, even archived. The meter becomes less useful for me since I'm not tracking my archived milestones or tasks. Thanks, Jeff
How do I delete a project?
In the old design of Zoho Projects (last week), I was able to delete a project from the Project Information within the dashboard of the Project. That no longer seems to be an option. How do I do this in the new design?

Manymoon.com is a competitor. They have a similar project management application that integrates very well with gmail. They offer feature that sends email and that email creates a task in Zproject. Manymoon does this NOW. This feature is unbelievably useful. If Zoho wants to keep growing you need to add this feature. Or plz forgive me if it is already there. Plz let me know how to enable it. Changes done to attached document is not reflected on zoho docs
I have recently started playing with zoho. It looks promising. I have one query. I attached one doc from zoho writer. I did some updates in that document from zoho project but the changes were not reflected in my original doc.

New Design Is Broken
This happens in Chrome Windows 7 and Windows Vista. In the new projects; you can't collapse task lists - they are all open and all open by default. If you have hundreds of tasks this is an impossibly large page to manage. (If there is such a setting - it's hidden). The 'settings' link does not work - you can't change your settings. The 'ZoHo Apps' link does not work. This new interface has made dealing with tasks almost impossible.

Is the users guide to a previous version?
When I initially logged in there was a big button in the middle of the screen saying "Start Your First Project" after I did that I wanted to enter additional projects, so I went to the user's guide. What is on page 1 is nothing like what I am looking at on the page. There are Import MPP and Add User, not where the directions say they are, but there is no button I can find to add an additional project.

Better Document Organization
Hi - I would really love it if you made it so that documents worked like a typical file explorer where you can see folder and file thumbnails, open folders by double clicking in thumbnail view or clicking in list view (all in one list with files), as well as the ability to drag and drop files from your desktop into a folder and from folder to folder. How can i see all my tasklists without tasks?
Hi all. Using new Zoho Projects3 we've got a question: how can we see all our tasklists through all our Milestones? The problem is that we can't see a tasklist if there are no open tasks inside it. We have to change filter to All, then we see tens of closed tasks and only in that 'view' we can access tasklist we need and create a new task? Why can't we just see empty tasklist name inside milestone and a butt 'Add task'? It's misfeature, imho. Thank you.

Okay, new version of Zoho projects is better! Things I can't find though: iCal url for zoho project calendar integration with zoho planner for tasks Those are the big ones. Any help would be wonderful. Glad to see project is coming back into your focus. It is a great app.
Delete Project???
How do I delete a project? It just clears them and gives New Project. This is weird? I don't want to archive and don't want them on my project queue. Please let me know if there is a solution. Thanks. kanuck
