[Projects 2.0] :Multiple Project Reports
Dear Sir or Madam: I am enjoying the demo of your project management tool and have upgraded to 10 projects. However, I do not see a report that allows me to see the status of all projects at one time. Ideally it would be like the Open Milestones report but with the milestones for two or more projects. What is the difference between milestones and tasks? At MPP it is clear as there is no time associated, but in ZOHO milestones can have duration?

CRM Integration
Does ZohoProject integrate with ZohoCRM? I love the project management capabilities, but don't want the redundancy of multiple task lists, calendars, users, meetings, events, etc. I want to be able to receive a new lead in CRM, convert it to a customer and trigger a new project in ZohoProject, tied to that account. when the project reaches certain phases, CRM prompts me to contact the account with an update.

Why is it that with some forum posts, we cannot post a reply. When I click in the reply box, no cursor appears to type with.
Grouping tasks by category?
I'm new to project management and trying to learn as I go by using Zoho Projects and what makes sense to me. So far we've been tracking deliverables for a project in an Excel worksheet. We've been grouping these by broad category, so tasks related to financing go in one bucket, tasks related to marketing go in another bucket. I had started to recreate these category listings by using Project Milestones, but thinking about it a bit more it doesn't seem this is what the intent of a milestone is.

How can I view task loading of my team members (across all projects) ?
hi All, I would like to be able to see the "task loading" and "task status" of my team members across all their projects. If my team is working on 4 different projects at the the same time, I would like to be able to see all tasks of any member (across all his projects) in one snap shot. Can't edit / rename wiki pages
Hello, I have an admin role that was given by the project creator. But the 'rename' link still doesn't appear in the popup box. Is this a bug? or is it by design that only project creator can rename wiki pages? (not even those who are given admin role?) Thanks.
Importing Tasks from XLS/CSV
We need to be able to import tasks via excel/csv, since we do not use MS project. Could you please let me know how this is done?

Client role has a lot of power, more than we typically would give a customer. It would be useful to have two kinds of Clients: one as is implemented today, and another that has the same access but read only. lhsilva
Client Centric
Projects has been a great help, but it is too project centric instead of client centric. It would be nice to have projects broken down by client, also monthly I need to send an invoice to the client that convers all the projects we are working on with them not just one. Reports by client would be extremely helpful as well.
Task Reminder??

Serious bug
I had signed up for Zoho projects for assessing its functionality. Now when I sign-up the landing page is all blank. There is just no information there; no links work apart from the logout.
RSS feed problems
I added two RSS feeds from my portal to Google Reader. 1. RSS feeds do not have a default title as all other RSS feeds do. I have to manually add one in my reader. 2. Nothing ever comes through the RSS feed to Google Reader. I get posts from all my other feeds. lhsilva

How to edit a project template
I created a new project template, added a milestone and added task lists from task list templates I made earlier. Now, I can't seem to edit the project template to add more milestone and task lists. Is it possible to edit a project template after it is initially created?
Need a more official receipt of payment
Hi, So I upgraded and I received in return is a redirect to the Value Pak description page with a little "Successfully Upgraded" at the top. Do you send an official receipt that tells us what we bought and how mcuh we spent. Not sure this will fly with our accounting department.
User privileges for documents in Projects

"Access Denied" message when accessing the add on wiki service of Zoho Projects
We have 3 different projects. I can access the wiki services for the 2 projects but getting an Access Denied message when I access the other one. Why can I not access it? I am a member of those 3 projects.
Are CRM contacts linked to Project clients?
I've setup contacts in CRM which are also clients. When I setup Projects and tried to link some of the contacts as "clients" I have to enter new information. How do CRM contacts transfer to Project clients?
Showing Documents in Zoho Project

Report Task-List View
Hello, There's a problem (bug?) with the report: If one assigns a start-date to a task and adds a duration (x days), than in the report the end date is shown as Start Date. "Completed On" is empty. How about in general with reports? There is no possibiltiy to export data for to print with another tool, and there is no print view button - right? I am new to Zoho Projects and so far, I am loving it but I was wondering, is there any way to add a note to task and is there a way to send a notifiation of the note to one of the users assigned to the project/task. General Error 6500 in Zoho Projects API
Hi, First I would like to say that I think your Zoho Projects API is very straight-forward and has pretty good documentation. However, your error code descriptions are quite terrible. Repeating the error message as the description is NOT a description. I've been using Zoho APi's for about 2 years now. Lot's of work with Zoho Creator and Zoho CRM. I'm a little new to Zoho Projects. I keep getting the same "General Error" 6500 ON EVERY CALL. My apikey and ticket are set just fine. But I still get

Adding Issue Tracker

The Calendar for task are incorrect
The calendar of zoho proyects is incorrect the calendar of year 2010 is the calendar of the year 2011, so if you want to work correct in this year you have to use the year 2009 for the year 2010.
Contractor sees the entire Project
Hi ! I don't know how to do it. I've a contractor wich I've granted access on one of my projects. For this, i can submit bugs to him BUT I wouldn't want him to see all my tasks and milestones. Only the External ones. Is it possbile ?
Archive documents

How do I assign a task to an external group or individual who will not have an email address and who we do not want to have access to the project but still want a way to manage the external dependency?
