Document Sorting.
Doesn't appear as if documents are sortable via "document" or "folder" name. This would be a very helpful feature. If it is possible, then it doesn't appear to be intuitive. rmills
Paragraph breaks disappear (in admin msg. to team)
I just sent an "all hands" welcome note to my project team to explain the invitations they were about to receive. I sent using "send message" under the "users" tab on the dashboard. My own copy of same arrived without ANY paragraph breaks. What is up with that? Does the system strip out all line breaks before it transmits? And if yes, does stripping apply to any other interactions between email and the Zoho space?
Meeting Time is not Correct
I have setup a recurring meeting for 9:30am. I have also set the reminder for my team for 15 Mins before the meeting. When I click on the Meetings tab, I look at the meeting and it shows Meeting @9:15am. This time is reflecting my meeting time minus the 15 min reminder. This is not a huge problem, just annoying because the weekly calender shows the correct time of 9:30am.
Upload files in a free account
I created a new project with my free account but i'm not able to upload files and documents! I read that free account allows to upload files for max size of 100MB..Doesn't is it true?!? Can't i upload any files? Thanks for any suggestion! Davide
Migrate Project Forum to the new Zoho Discussion Forum
I have two different projects going leveraging Zoho Projects. One of the projects is beginning to heavily leverage the Forums aspect. However, we are getting long strings of replies that you need to scroll up and down to keep track of the conversation as opposed to the new ZD format where you can "reply" or "comment" about a specific post. As a "comment" it then stacks the comment under the reply it is attached to as opposed to simply adding it to the bottom of the stream. any thoughts of integrating
Is it best to have one account if we are managing 50 clients with Zoho Projects
Hello: We are in the web design/project business. How can we best manage 50 clients, with multiple projects per client? Would these be divided up into 'Group/Groupings'? Also, each client may share one of our resources (i.e. an individual worker) with another client. That said, is it best to have one account containing all our clients, or (say) one account per client?

my Work Calendar renders differently than Project Calendar
If I click on "my Work Calendar" >show >all Milestones or >all Todos the calendar shows the milestones and Tasks as "1 Task(s)" or "1 Milestone" If I go to a Project Calendar and filter by Tasks and Milestones it shows me the names of the tasks and milestones directly on the calendar. This is a much more useful way to show events on the calendar and saves alot of clicking compared to the work calendar. Is there a reason that these two types of Calendars render differently? In the tasks&milestones view some tasks are marked with yellow page icon on the left hand side of the task description. When you drag the mouse onto that yellow sign it says "Show Notes" but this is misleading since that yellow flag is turned on for 2 different reasons: task has either notes below it or documents attached to it. If the task doesn't have notes but has documents attached, when you click "Show Notes" it shows no notes/nothing to explain what is different for that task and the meaning
RSS feed very slow
Hello, we use the general rss feed Zoho Projects as a news bulletin on LCD screen in our office. We have about 80 projects running, this causes the slow rss feed? (a lot of time outs)

Formatting forum posts
Is it possible to format forum posts, perhaps in the same way as we can format posts to these Zoho forums? I can use HTML, but that isn't going to be feasible for all of our users -- not only is it cumbersome, not everyone knows how to properly tag using HTML. Or is there an alternative method for us to post messages? We previously used Basecamp and enjoyed the fact that we could simply post messages that would appear in a messages section. Hi all, When I using "get all Tasks" i get all the Tasks from all the tasklist. I want to filter and only display the Tasks of a particular TaskList. How can I do it? User - Employee or Customer can Add/Create new Projects
I added a user jefdrake@nmsu.edu to my project and set user level to Employee (and also have tried Customer). After logging out of Zoho Projects and logging back in as user jefdrake@nmsu.edu I can add/create new projects, which should not be allowed for this level of user. When I want to add a document (from Zoho Docs or Google Docs) to a Zoho Project, I have to click around and scroll to find it there. A search box function would be useful. Is such a search function planned?

Moving milestones between projects
Hi, I created a project using the trial version,and realized after some time that I would need to use a number of projects. I signed up for persona version, but I cannot find any method of transferring milestones/tasklists, etc... between projects. I'm hoping I've missed something simple here -- any help appreciated as I've quite a few tasks that require shifting. Cheers.
Task Code Number
While task notes are quite good, often you'll need to break a task out and discuss is in another forum such as Yammer. As such, it would be great if you could assign a code to a task. For example, if you had a task list entitled "Build New Forum" and task "Discussion Creation", it could be assigned a job code like BNF1. Then when we break a discussion out from Zoho into Yammer, we could tag the conversation #BNF1 and know which task this belongs. Obviously you'd need to be able to reverse this

I try the Zoho API Update Log Time and Delete Log Time but it is not working... how is the updating and deleting happens when there is no time log id ?
gantt chart printing
Is there any way to print a larger scale gantt chart? What I need to do is print (and view) the entire description on the chart. Right now it merely shows for example: "install pro. . . " and then I have to guess what the rest of the description is. If I could change the printing format, and show the entire description, the gantt charts would not be useless.

We are evaluating Zoho Project and think it is the perfect Project solution for Google Apps but we need to be able to see specific projects/activities on specific Google Sites (e.g. a Project per Client site). Will this gadget work on Sites soon?

I was login under my user name and went to add Projects. The project didnt let me use my log in name that use for business. The user name was already being used. Yet i couldnt log under my user name. How do i use the one log in name and how do i link the other newly made login name?
dropping project functions
It would be nice if I could drop functions like TimeSheet or other menu options from projects in my portal. This should not be global for all projects but just the ones I choose. Some users are intimidated by all the choices, yet only need to use Forums and Documents for example. If I could remove the other choices from those projects it would ease their introduction to the project. Lionel Silva
Searching tags in project wiki
I have added tags to my pages in a project wiki but I cannot find a way to search tags. If I use the quick search feature on the individual tag it comes up with no result. Is there an easy way to do this. If so it needs to feature more prominently for the layperson user. Thanks Andrew
