Email notification on task creation
Hi, One of my favorites sites! Congrats! It would be great to be able to at a note to the task so that when notification email is sent the user sees the note with further explanation. Or another approach, could be to have Task title as today + task description to complete with more info. Thx, F. Federico Mesplet
Extending templates
Hello. I think the Task List templates are great. However, we have several tasklists within a single project. It would be nice to also include entire Milestone Templates or Project Templates, since many of our projects follow the same process. Currently we're stuck with having to create over a dozen Task Lists, and this could speed up administration if we just clicked a single Project Template. Thanks.
Are Archived projects charged?
Hi all, i am planning to upgrade from free version to Standard plan. It supports 10 projects and i was wondering if only the live projects - the ones that are actively managed, not archived - are charged for. For example, having 1 project running and 9 archived, will i be able to create 9 new projects (as long as i don't re-activate the others)? Thanks, Marco
DOcuments not saving properly
Hi I was jsut taking minutes for a 2 hour meeting. I saved throughout the meeting. However when I oepened the file to check it, all the notes were missing. We have lost a lot of important notes about decsisions made etc. This means I am not terribly confident in this as a product. Upload Latest Version Bug
Seems like the UPLOAD LATEST VERSION for documents might have a bug in it. There are times i can upload latest and there are no problems but there are times when i upload and nothing happens and am forced to start new thread. Is this a known issue? jlin82

Need to have more than one admins
The way we plan to use zoho projects, we will require a couple more people added as admins. Can this be achieved? Or can one manager on a project assign another user as a manager? Any help in these two matters will be appreciated. Thanks, jsahas

Possible Bug with Due Date / Start Date / End Date
Scenario for duplication: You create a Task that is Due on the May 1st - since you don't know when you will start the task, you set May 1st as the Start/End Date so that the task will appear on the calendar, and the dependency functions are available. You start the project on April 29 (starting the timer); you work on the task a few hours each day until April 30 - at which time you mark it complete. File not uploaded despite message "File upload successf
At the moment I can't upload a new file into one of my projects. Selecting the file on my disk works fine, as does entering comments and tags, but when I click on "Upload file", the file is not uploaded, despite the fact that the page reloads and displays the message "File upload successful". The file I'm trying to upload is neither overly large (PDF 300kb) nor have I reached the allocated disk space on Zoho. Creating a new file by using Zoho Writer works, but uploading files is not possible.
docx support

YOU HAVE A LONG WAY TO GO TO REACH BASECAMP
From working with Zoho for an hour or so, it seems that Basecamp is much more mature and full featured. 1) No folder hierarchy 2) No way to edit user names (just e-mails) I hope this feedback helps. daleedunphy

Sofar i only managed to look at agenda's per project.. but if i'd like to have an overview so i can see how do devide my time that would be a good thing to have. Does this exist? Meeting Scheduling
There are some occasions where I would like to schedule meetings but not necessarily send email notifications out. There is no option for No Notification when scheduling meetings. I also would like to be able to send notification up to seven days in advance, but I don't see that this is available. Thanks! jcromwell

Important feature needed (define schedules)
It is critical that users can define their schedules as the system automatically assumes that the users work Monday thru sunday. For example: If you are on friday and you define 3 days for a task, it will be due on Monday, instead that on Wedenesday. This is critical! Ricardo Amper

two different companies, what if they both use Zoho Projects

Can users in different projects view each others documents?
Hi I am currently using the free 1 project version of Zoho projects but need to answer a question before upgrading. If I have three projects with three separate users who have permissions to only view their own project, can each user see other project documents within the document folder tree? Or are folders and documents created in one project only viewable to users assigned to that project? Thanks
Time Tracking Reports
I would basically like to use Zoho project primarily as a Time Tracker, not necessarily as a project planner. How can I view or export all of the tasks entered for all users over a certain period of time. It appears that the current view/export is for a single user only. Thank you.
