meeting disappears from "My Home"
meetings is not shown in the "meetings" section of "My Home" if the scheduled meeting is on the same day!!! It can only be seen before the actual day of the meeting. please fix this!! Karlen Chang
Password Protection on files...
Given that there is very little distinction in terms of information access between the different types of Users, it would be helpful to be able to password protect documents & spreadsheets sitting in folders. I know you've got a million and one things to tweak but that'd be a cool feature to be able to keep developing budgets and other somewhat sensitive data on the workspace. I'm also holding my breadth for the day the calendar & gantt charts get a visual & functional refresh. Nice arrow tweak on
User roles

Milestone and task titles in the calendars are different?
in global Project view (clicking the logo)>My Work Calendar I can see all the text titles of my milestones and my tasks, but when I look at my calendar for a specific project all I see is a colored bar and I have to mouse over every one to find out what it is! Please change the project calendars so it shows the text titles like the "My work calendar"! other than this strange problem I love Zoho project! thanks karlen
Restrictive Pricing
I have found Zoho apps to be very useful and priced very generously. That is, with the exception of Projects. I find your pricing configuration to be uncharacteristically restrictive. Only one project for free? Thus far you have set yourself apart from your competitors with your generous free level offerings, but your Projects free version is similar (if not identical) to many of your competitors. Even bumping the number of projects up to two would be a great leap forward.

there is no privacy in meetings and tasks
I have created several projects and all of the users of all projects can see the tasks and meetings that they are not assinged to. For example we named a project only for the busienss partners where we sheculded meetings, tasks, files, etc. All the employees can see what tasks and meetingsh te business partners have so is there any way the employees can only see the tasks and meetings the are assinged to, and obviously the managers can see everything. Zoho Projects : Single Sign On

No calendar view in Project
Hi there - excuse me if I'm being thick, I'm new to zoho - but I can't see a calendar tab in my project. I go to help and the screen shot shows a calendar tab - but doesn't exist for me! Document versioning does not work
Hi - trying to upload a new version of "UK Contract Details Employee Screen " file in UK Product project. It does not show the new version. On clicking the file it also downloads the older (first) version only. This is urgent, pls see. Sandeep
Confusing and inconsistence Report
In the reports tab, the task list option shows all tasks on the graph, regardless of the task owner. However, if you switch to milestone report, only the milestones owned by the logged in user are shown. This is confusing and inconsistent Eidan Apelbaum
No option in calendar to define none-working days
The calendar does not have an option to define none-working days. In some conutires, the week day starts on Sunday, not Monday. Additionally, the calendar does not account for none working days so if a task duration is defined as 4 days and starts on Thursday, the weekend days will be counted as working days and the task end date will be calculated as Sunday instead of the following Tuesday Eidan Apelbaum
Can not change/re-assign Admin role
Currently, the admin role is automatically assigned to the user that creates the company initial page. There is no way to grant admin permission to any other user. Eidan Apelbaum

User login status incorrect
Hi! I'm having lots of troubles with a new project. All the users appear online when they're not. Many users are missing the confirmation e-mail. Should I open a new project and delete this?
Missing an overall reports/view across all projects AND all
We are managing few projects that are sharing the same resources. To better manage resources time, we need to have a report or a view that ahows all tasks and milestones for all users in all the projects. "My Home" page provides some of this functionality, but only for the logged in user. When selecting to view "By Users", and option for "All users" will provide the required functionality. Milestones not completing
I am becoming quite frustrated now : I have set up various milestones in a project, both internal and external, and am progressing the tasks within the task lists associated with the milestones. I have one specific instance where I have a milestone which had a task list with a single task within that task list; that task was completed on time, the task list is effectively complete, but the milestone shows as overdue and I can find no way of forcing completion of the milestone I have since done some
Calendar View Problem
Hi, I'm having a problem with the Projects Calendar View (for all users, for all tasks, milestones, meetings). When I look at a specific user, it works fine. See attachment for screenshot of problem. Projects, new document wont save
Zoho's product management software is great but I am having a problem with making new documents under the documents tab. When click on new document a new tab opens with a writer module, I can download as, I can view the print preview, the only problem is that the save button does not work. I tried ie and firefox, saving a new spreadsheet works fine, uploading and viewing documents works fine. It's just saving a new document in projects that seems to be giving a problem. Am I the only one with this

File version update after Zoho Sheet
When I save and then close a Zoho Sheet the version of the file is not immediately updated in the documents section. The 'Open in Zoho Sheet' icon opens the previous version. Milestones do not complete
OK, I have completed testing for your milestone functionality and it simply does not work - a milestone which has all of its associated tasks shown as 100% complete should be show as Complete, it does not, it remains in the Overdue Milestones category and does not show in the appropriate reports either - nor is there anyway of forcing a milestone to be closed either. or to describe it another way Milestone -> tasklist -> tasks ... if all tasks in the task list are complete, then the Milestone is

Display of *all* Milestones/Tasks

Export report customization
Hello once again, OK -- this time I've been trying to make use of the Export function -- the problem I am encountering is that there is generally a lot of 'extra' information that isn't required for a general overview. Obviously, I could rectify this myself in Excel, but it would be neat if you had an options page where I could select the columns I wished to include in the report. scroll bar feature
I'm noticing that there is no scroll bar featured in Zoho Projects. I have trouble trying to scroll down to additional tasks I've created in my project outline template since there is no scroll bar on the right side of the screen. Is this an intentional thing or just oversight of having this simple feature? By the way, the app is awesome. It seems to do everything I need it to do! Working great! tasks not showing in dashboard
The tasks assigned durations covering the current week do not appear in the 'week ahead' on the dashboard. I though that such taska (for all users) should appear here (under the project dashboard)? any ideas? thanks Kevin

Problem since change to "Single Sign On"
Dear Zoho Projects team, Since the change made for the "Single Sign On" feature, people invited to my project's url do the complete registration process but when they go to the project url they have no access granted. I have made tests and discovered that after invitation has been sent, these people do not appear on the "users" list (even after complete registration is made) and I have to invite each person again. enhancement requests
While creating a new milestone, I noticed two irritants: 1. when I set start date of a milestone, it will be nice to change the default end date to the same date as start date. Most of the time, milestone will be 1 day only, hence this saves effort to set end date. 2. When I tried to set end date by copying and pasting the start date, it doesn't work, I am supposed to use the calendar which becomes more effort esp when milestone is 3-4 months ahead (4 clicks). mkumar
